Panera continues to earn business with their seasonal offerings and a stable menu. I’ve eaten at Panera for years especially on the East coast.
The staff at this location is super friendly, understanding and work with customers above and beyond. This last part of my statement is thanks to the last 2 visits i had in the past 6 months where both the personnel who helped me place an order at the counter, took enough time out and worked with me on the menu offerings and also keeping in mind my budget constaints. They didn’t rush thru and suggested combinations that helped me walk away with delightful flavors and an excellent experience overall with $$ saved. Tables were cleans, atmosphere was chill. For my recent visit, the person who cooked my meal made a different sandwich than what i had ordered. Bringing that to his notice, he apologized and immediately worked to get my OG order ready. Not only that, when i asked him if i could still take the mistaken sandhwich to give away, he was supportive of that. I’d surely visit this location whenever I’ll think of going to Panera.

Extra feedback to the company: although the appeal and savings of self-ordering kiosk are there, having Counter order ability is essential as consumers go into restaurants for not only food but also getting an opportunity to socialize and know their local staff and servers. So please don’t remove the ability to order at the Counter.

Arnold was super sweet he took the time to explain everything that was in the salad that I wanted and then put in an allergy note for me to make sure that I wouldn’t have any issues. I really appreciated his service. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend going here if you want. Good service and good food.

I went there a few days ago ON SUNDAY AT 2:32PM 3/1/2026 via drive through and the wait was really long and they gave me the wrong salad with 3 squishy tomatoes and one moldy one. I spent $40 on the order and the salad was $15 of it so that was really annoying. I ordered the chicken garden salad and they gave me the salad with no chicken in it. They didn’t even ask me what kind of side I wanted and I had to ask him about my sides and the guy was like “it already comes with bread” and I literally had to bulldoze over him and say nope I want chips and an apple for the sides! I’d just go to the Marysville one, they have good food. I know people make mistakes but serving the wrong order with moldy food in it is honestly unacceptable.

I LOVE the seasonal salad with yummy balsamic dressing! This time I had the combo with a 1/2 a salad and 1/2 a delicious Caprese sandwich!
I go through the drive through so I can’t comment on the interior.

Shockingly one of the few places left that you can grab a small bite and camp out to get some remote work done besides the public library or a dwindling handful of coffee shops, especially past 5pm. Happy I can find some gluten & dairy free options here that are actually filling, though obviously it’s limited if you have these sensitivities. Salads are tasty too. Honestly, the food is good enough and presented pleasantly enough that I would come here for a budget date night. Fireplace is cozy. Staff are kind. It is clean. What more do you need?

I don’t like to write about corporate places but this is our go-to Panera. It’s on the pricey side but the food is made fresh. I recommend the chicken and wild rice soup and the turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich. It’s a good choice for a quick pick up on the way home. Orders can be called in so that’s nice. The food is good!

What do they think “rapid pick up” actually means? I sat in drive thru for 30+ minutes & only 2 people in front of me. Soup was cold when I got it home 5 mins away.

Nice outdoor seating available for summer time . Lot of indoor seating available. Convenient parking right outside. Prices are reasonable. Chicken tikka soup is new item , which tasted good but we can hardly find any chicken in that soup . Buffalo chicken sandwich is very tasty but it is saucy and little too spicy for me. Chipotle chicken is the best of all . Pair for 2 is a good menu option which will save you couple of bucks for soup and sandwich combo .

Steak ciabatta dipper was fire full of meat an the French dip was tasty. Ended up coming back because I wanted to try the creme brulee latte. It was ok a bit bitter. Would of been better a little sweeter an if they actually filled the cup all the way. Probably won’t get the drink again.
