Ordered via panera app and had an amazingly seamless experience while picking up. It was a bulk order for around 10 of us and all the customizations were made properly. However the markings weren’t good enough and we had to spent a lot of time figuring out which one is what. Taste was as same as all Paneras.

The food is delicious. I ordered breakfast and the portion was good. Customer service was bad. First they messed up my order , when I told them that, they told me that is my order. After I insisted that I didn’t order what was in the bag, they looked inside and put the correct food in. The associate didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

Might have been an “off” day. Kiosks weren’t working, staff was a bit put out when asking to order because it interfered with flirting. The Baja bowl was not good. Rice was undercooked and the entire bottom of the bowl was watery. Tables were dirty even though it wasn’t terribly busy. Normally service and food are decent here.

I’ve given this location multiple chances over two years now, and for whatever reason they always give you a drink size down from what you ordered. I order a 16oz cold brew with the vanilla and I always get a 12oz. The one time I asked for the size I ordered I got rolled eyes and a 16oz cup with my 12oz of previous coffee and ice. I don’t get it. And today I tried the breakfast sandwich, the egg was cold and tasted like tap water.

I don’t go to Panera because I really dislike how you do your ordering. They are simply too slow if you stand in line and you need to use the Kiosk. The menu is complicated enough that the order line turns into the equivalent of “Decaf Medium Roast Latte, half cream half milk 1 Splenda 1 sugar cane only …” well I hope you get my point.

It had been a while since I went to Panera and I was disappointed with my experience this time. The Caesar salad was incredibly minimal with tasteless lettuce, no croutons or Parmesan, and a dollop of dressing not mixed in. The 1/2 grilled cheese was a piece of ordinary white bread and what looked/tasted like melted cheese squares. In the past I remember being given a gala apple on the side, but this time it was a grainy red apple. Over $10 not well spent. Staff was friendly and service was prompt.

Panerai is okay. There’s nothing to really complain about. The food is decent, and the customer service is nice. It’s just not a place I frequent often or has a wow factor. However, when I do go there, it satisfies my needs.

They were out of stock on several menu items. I ordered a salad knowing it would come without the mandarin oranges because they were out of stock. My favorite sandwich was also out of stock so I tried a new one. Wow! See photo. Not enough bread to actually eat as a sandwich, I had to eat it with a fork and knife once I got home. The turkey was in clumps. 🙁

Friendly staff but food is below average. Sad salad and regular tuna sandwich. No wonder people eat at home more often than outside. Price is fair tho. There are a lot more better choices around so won’t be coming back here for sure.
