EDIT TO PREVIOUS REVIEW 2/14/26: The customer service after my initial review has been stellar!!! Not only did they refund my purchase, they gave me a credit for my next visit which I just redeemed. Soup taste/consistency is excellent and what I expect from Panera. Thank you very much for providing excellent customer recovery and service. It is very much appreciated!!! Just opened up my broccoli cheddar soup that I waited almost 20 minutes for when doing in person rapid pick up at this location. Not only does it have the taste and consistency of dishwater, there is not ONE piece of actual broccoli in it. Totally disappointing experience, and not worth the money! Long time rewards member, will think twice about spending my money at Panera. Seems to have gone downhill in all locations near me in the past year. As a business owner, I understand the costs of running a business have gone up, but if you’re going to so obviously surrender quality of product, you are doing your business a disservice long term.

I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Egg Avocado Sandwich, and I’m extremely disappointed. When I took a bite, it was clear that the “Chipotle” part wasn’t even there. The sandwich I received looked nothing like the picture—it wasn’t even close. It felt like a completely different item.
It seems like no care was taken in making it, and the quality was so poor that it feels misleading to consumers. This was honestly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had, and I wanted to bring this to your attention.

Visited my local Panera on a nice Monday morning. The dining area was mostly clean, though the bathroom could’ve used some attention. My bagel was slightly burnt, but overall the experience was positive with friendly staff and relaxing vibe.

Excellent place for a quick lunch. The drip coffee could be a little more fresh at 1pm. The chocolate croissants were a little hard but decent. They could ask for the pastries to be heated. Overall nice customer service.

I ordered a Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad to be delivered to my home. On their website it showed a beautiful salad covered with strawberries, roasted pecans and a copious amount of chicken and mozzerella cheese. This is what I got. Three little pieces of stawberry and the pecans were in tiny little bits and dumped in a small pile on the edge of the bowl.

The place look good- the manager Heather is Disgusting!!! She is proud to disrespect customers. We cancelled the order and went to different Panera Bread because of her. First time in many years having such a horrible experience with the manager?!!! Wonder if she has a degree in management or she is just a walk in – hired by the relative. Very disappointed.

The spicy chicken sandwich was uninspired with a total of 1 and 1/2 fried pickle chips. The chicken breast was tender and moist but that was the only redeeming aspect of the sandwich.
The store was clean and staff friendly but I went for the food which was unsatisfying.
