I ordered a chicken almond salad sandwich as usual. After one bite, I threw away the rest of it. Half of green vegetables were rotten and the taste was also from different other Panera branches. If don’t have fresh ingredients, don’t take an order. No one wants to eat trash.

Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken is awesome and so filling if you get the whole. Lots of avocado, tomatoes, chicken, onions and bacon. The dressing is delicious! Mac and cheese was really good too my son said!

Ordered a Chocolate Cold Brew and Vanilla Cinnamon Roll for 11 bucks and I’m kind of disappointed. For a place that’s so fancy and is supposed to be a bakery, this cinnamon roll wasn’t very good. The icing had a lemoniness and I don’t like lemon. Wish they would make the name of it more accurate to the experience. The coffee was pretty good though, more coffee and dark chocolate flavor than super sweet chocolatey that you expect from most cold drinks, pleasant surprise. My boyfriend wanted to try their french bread and they just gave him a warm chunk of it with some butter, that was waaaay better than the cinnamon roll!

I been to a couple Paneras but not like this one. The cashier taking my order through drive through was a bit rude. Her customer service could have been better. When I got my food, they just threw the bread in the bag not packaged at all & our chicken noodle soup barley has anything in it, just broth, I can literally count how many noodles & veggies I had in my soup, that’s how little they gave me. This was a waste of my money & I did not get my moneys worth. I won’t be stopping by that Panera again.

I usually love Panera Bread and always prefer to get sandwiches from them, than any other place. But this location is really disappointing. We got two sandwiches, both of them were missing regular ingredients (I didn’t have any sauce on mine besides a drop of mustard ), they were cold (supposed to be warm), one slice of cheese… Maybe we just got workers that didn’t care. I guess just not a good location, even though it looks a lot better than many other ones.

Ordering using their tablets is VERY convenient. Loved it. They made food really quick. Everything was really delicious, pizza was warm enough, broccoli mac&cheese is the best soup ever! Also the regular tomato, cucumber and basil salad was surprisingly delicious and really refreshing. The charged with caffeine lemonade is perfect. Refreshing, not too sweet, not too plain. A very nice experience.

Ordered two sandwiches and two ice coffees. When i went to go pick it up, they did not hand me coffees until I asked for it. And then they gave me only one coffee telling me thats the order. I told them i ordered another ice coffee and the worker gives me a plastic cup and tells me theres ice from fountain machine and coffee. Can you train your employee to do theur job right?
