This is the first time that I’ve been to this Panera Bread and I also haven’t really visited Panera Bread in a while. I had a birthday reward to redeem and I also got to try out a drive-thru at Panera. The drive thru is spacious and they do have a menu to look at as well as speaker to let the employees know your order. I got the 3 pack coconut macaroons for my birthday redemption and I didn’t even know they had a chocolate coconut macaroon. I had just put in my app order and it was pretty much ready. I got to share the coconut macaroons and everyone agreed that it was delicious and not too sweet. I am torn on which one I like more as the chocolate macaroon is a bit too much chocolate for me.

I can’t speak for the ambiance as I used the drive-thru but definitely will have to check out this Panera Bread. Additionally, the staff here seemed genuinely sweet and wanted to ensure that customers got their order correct.

Panera has a great atmosphere, which is calm, clean, and ideal for working or meeting up. The staff is friendly, and the menu offers a decent variety, though I noticed their food rating was only moderate, which felt about right. The chairs and tables are a bit flimsy, making it less comfortable for longer stays. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable spot, but not necessarily a standout for the food alone.

Yesterday my mom and I went through drive thru and despite the wait , an employee by the name of Brit, did an amazing job getting through a busy time. At first I was getting upset of how long the wait was but she gave us free chocolate croissants , they were delicious!!! She was very kind and generous and was also apologetic with how long we had to wait but I appreciate how she was very sweet with the whole situation and I appreciate how Panera has those type of employees! Keep up the good work!!

The service was quick and nice. The food was ok when I ate it, but that same night I got sick with food poisoning. I suspect I got it from here, because I didn’t eat anything else after Panera, not even water. I got the Italian sandwich and a soda from their machines, not from a can. Do not recommend.

I ordered a chicken almond salad sandwich as usual. After one bite, I threw away the rest of it. Half of green vegetables were rotten and the taste was also from different other Panera branches. If don’t have fresh ingredients, don’t take an order. No one wants to eat trash.

This is one of my go-to stops on my way into class. The customer service is always great, the folks on drive-thru are always kind and will occasionally chat for a second if it isn’t super busy. I once placed an order on the app and they were out of what I wanted, so an employee called to apologize profusely and asked how they could make it right since I already paid. I highly recommend!

I usually love Panera Bread and always prefer to get sandwiches from them, than any other place. But this location is really disappointing. We got two sandwiches, both of them were missing regular ingredients (I didn’t have any sauce on mine besides a drop of mustard ), they were cold (supposed to be warm), one slice of cheese… Maybe we just got workers that didn’t care. I guess just not a good location, even though it looks a lot better than many other ones.

Over all it was great. First time eating at this location. I had the Chipotle chicken sandwich with chips and a beverage. Food was delicious, the time I went there was literally no one ordering.

Ordered a Chocolate Cold Brew and Vanilla Cinnamon Roll for 11 bucks and I’m kind of disappointed. For a place that’s so fancy and is supposed to be a bakery, this cinnamon roll wasn’t very good. The icing had a lemoniness and I don’t like lemon. Wish they would make the name of it more accurate to the experience. The coffee was pretty good though, more coffee and dark chocolate flavor than super sweet chocolatey that you expect from most cold drinks, pleasant surprise. My boyfriend wanted to try their french bread and they just gave him a warm chunk of it with some butter, that was waaaay better than the cinnamon roll!

Called for 20 minutes straight during business hours to otder bread and nobody picked up the phone. They must not care to take my money, so ill have to go to the Emish market in fife for good bread and way better desserts. ‍♂️
