Unfortunately, All of the workers, including managers look absolutely miserable And looks like they hate their jobs. The dining area is absolutely disgusting. There Is food embedded in every single one of the seats. All of the tables have food all over them along with the bases of the tables. The floors are absolutely disgusting. I lost my appetite very fast. I planned on sitting in here with my lunch to relax and study for a couple of hours to get out of the house and I didn’t get to do much relaxing.
The sandwiches were ready long before the salads and by the time we got our order they were like warm.
At least this time they actually got the order correct
I took a pregnant friend through the drive-thru to order macaroni and cheese, bread, and water. We waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru line. While waiting at the window, I personally witnessed an employee handling a cleaning solution and a squeegee with her bare hands, not washing her hands afterward, wiping them on her clothing, and then bagging our food. She directly handled the bread with those unwashed hands.
The food itself was also concerning. The macaroni and cheese was cold, raising serious concerns about food safety and temperature control for a dish that should be served hot. The bread appeared contaminated and could not be eaten. Our to-go bag also lacked utensils or napkins, and I had to request the water that came with our order.
Because of what I observed, I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager to report these health and food safety concerns. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told, “I’ll talk to them,” with no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation.
Between the unsanitary food handling practices and the cold food being served, I would strongly caution against eating at this location if you’re concerned about food safety or contamination.
Overall the interior of this place was good.
Food was made freshly and this is one of the reasons why I pick Panera. The fresh ingredients don’t make you feel refreshed rather than groggy. I recommend the chicken sandwich here it’s quiet tasty.
Cons: cost is definitely overpriced here. I also had an issue with the Asian sesame salad. Yes the ingredients were fresh but all they did to make it Asian was add crotons and sesame seeds and sliced almonds. There wasn’t any flavor added to actual make it unique to the Asian cuisine.
