I order door dash, when I order from other Paneras no issues..this one has had issues almost every time. BACON all over a no bacon sandwich, Avocado all over a no avocado sandwich, in the same order. This is normal for this store. DONT DO DELIVERY from this store

Ordered to go and the kiosk of a simple Mediterranean veggie and a free cranberry orange pastry since it had just been my birthday. It said there were 2 of the cranberry orange pastries left however apparently there weren’t and they didn’t tell me until I opened my ordered when I picked it up and I had to ask them about it
Speaking of which, despite standing in front of the pick up area for the whole, they never told me my order was ready and actually held it behind the counter until I asked about it. In total I waited 15 minutes for them not to do my order correctly, make a substitution without asking and the cherry on top, when I opened my sandwich I found out they forgot the pickle spear.

I got the Grilled Chicken & Avacado BLT. Read the ingredients carefully it contains cheese. When I read it I missed that, fortunately I am not lactose intolerant or have milk allergies. But the cheese flavor can be a little overwhelming if you get a piece in your bite. Spoiler, not every bite had cheese, when I looked it was pieces of cheese not whole slice’s randomly placed.
The bread, thin sliced sourdough, it too delicate for this sandwich, it can get messy so be prepared to have a lap full. This should be either toasted or on a ciabatta type bread.
My first time trying Panera, next time I will try something on a SourDough roll or Ciabatta.
Since I was ordering off a third party service, the option to choose a different bread or customize your order was not an option but curious if you order in store if that’s possible.

Had a good experience but not the best.
It might have been too early for everyone as it was around 6am and folks working at Panera needed some more coffee in them.
It took literally 18 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I walked out the door with my order (bagel toasted with eggs & bacon with a fruit bowl). Bear in mind there was only 1 other customer than me in the store. Everyone was in super slow mode.
They forgot my fruit bowl when handing over the order at the pickup area. It’s not the customers responsibility to check if their order is complete, somehow staff members keep forgetting this
The location itself is a bit dated and could use font freshening up cosmetically.

Aubrey was at the counter when I walked in. I went to the kiosk and started looking at the menu. I noticed they were out of the corn chowder, so I asked Aubrey for help. She was so kind and helped to give me the options that work for me as a vegetarian. I don’t eat here often, so I wasn’t sure what is vegetarian and what isn’t. She was incredibly helpful, and I ended up ordering the Mac and cheese in a bread bowl. I was a little disappointed in the amount of Mac and cheese I received (probably about 1/2 cup total), but that had nothing to do with Aubrey and her awesome service. As I was leaving, I said goodbye and she was very friendly and asked how I liked my food and also complimented me on an acorn necklace I was wearing. She was very friendly, and made my experience much smoother, plus easy to figure out what I wanted to eat. Thank you, Aubrey! 🙂

We were curious about the new salad offerings at Panera and so stopped here for what we thought would be a quick lunch.We ended up waiting a very long time, maybe 20 minutes.Our table and all the tables around us were filthy and our general experience was such that we will never go back to this place

I’ve been to Panera a few times before and it was decent. This time I got a salad and halfway through it I found a HUGE bug…a little larger than a quarter…it was so gross. I immediately lost my appetite and almost threw up. I took it to the counter to show them so they can check their produce for any additional bugs. The lady at the counter apologized profusely and said it wasn’t the first time…. she offered to make me something else but I had lost my appetite. And they were unable to give me my money back…definitely not worth $15.49

this is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever visited. The bathrooms are filthy. The sink is so dirty. I don’t know how you could think you were cleaning your hands. The accuracy of orders not great either. When someone says no tomatoes, they usually mean no tomatoes.

Yummy Tuna sandwich. Place is easily visible from the main road and has ample parking together with the other establishment in the area. Dining area is a bit of a maze and looks dated. Ordering process is simple enough, restrooms need a bit of tidying up.
