Tried Panera Bread for the first time today after researching their top-rated items, and I’m honestly disappointed. I ordered the half Chipotle Chicken sandwich with a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and the total came out to nearly $18. For that price, I expected a decent portion or at least something that looked and tasted more substantial. Instead, the servings were extremely small, barely filling, and definitely not worth what I paid. I would’ve needed to order the same meal twice just to feel full. Overall, not impressed and wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re actually hungry. Won’t be coming back.

Menu pictures on the kiosk were very misleading. Ordered a sandwich and soup, both were delicious. Although the sandwich was the skinniest little thing I’ve ever seen… All the ingredients were literally bursting out of the bread. Squash soup was awesome. The mango smoothie was shown to be a bright orange, obviously I thought it was a FRUIT smoothie. Halfway through my meal I didn’t get my beverage, and after asking staff multiple times where the smoothie was, I heard a blender go off for five seconds and was handed my smoothie. It was the palest mango smoothie I ever seen. No mango taste, just straight powder and Greek yogurt. No fruit flavors were detected. If I wanted a milkshake I would’ve asked for one…

Did they shrink their sizes? Got the choose 2, large Mac and cheese and Caesar salad. Received a tiny portion for both, total $17. I remember it being much bigger. Very disappointing

If you enjoy Panera Bread, you’ll enjoy this location. Everything is pretty much Panera standard.
I had the seasonal Mexican Street Corn Chowder and it was good, but a bit sweeter than I would have liked it to be. I would recommend this dish to any vegetarian.
It is worth noting that there is not nearly enough parking at the restaurant and that the lot next door, even though it is fully empty, will tow you. Also, since the location is very busy, staff is typically tied up

The service is very good. Very clean restaurant. Just dissapointed again. You get a bowl of soup for $10.00 and it’s half a bowl. The only other problem is when you get a meat and cheese sandwich it’s all bread and cheese. If you are going to charge premium prices then give premium quality. Business 101.

Their new chicken roma asiago bagel stack not worth it. When y’all going to start making your food the way it’s advertised?? The croque monsieur sandwich was barely bigger than my bagel and not as advertised & selling the of cream CHICKEN & wild rice soup with barely any CHICKEN in it and want to charge $7+ for a cup of it. I paid for & spent $30. #NotWorthIt! Y’all she be ashamed! I’m just about to continue to call restaurants out on their poor quality food. #FalseAdvertisement #burnt ♀️
