RUDE!!! EMPLOYEE!!! Dirty tables in search of clean ones. Food was old and subpar . Nothing what is advertised and when asked employee did not address customer only demanded coworker not to fix issue brought to their attention. Was not advertised that was the law or rule . Will not be returning to this location and will be questioning whether the other locations are fit to distribute quality products. 5 at failing at business.

Where do I start, first at the counter an employee not in uniform, but in regular street cloths cut in front of the girl taking orders, to place an order for his friend. After he was done, the counter girl then took our order, but seemed annoyed and what looked like her Mom who was also an employee was waiting an staring at us and made us feel uncomfortable ( later we realized why, as they both left to go pick up wingstop and then returned). As we were waiting for our food, we had to endure conversations from the staff preparing our food about bodily functions and one girl say “she just farted”. The extrem horse play was so unprofessional and my food came out cold, we ordered soup an broccoli Mac n Cheese. I used to love this Panera, but they sure have gone down hill with customer care and food quality.

Super tasty especially the flatbread pizza! One of the best menu additions in years. This particular location is quite large with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Convenient location as well as plentiful parking. They have a lot of self order kiosks and the counter people are quick to help too. The online ordering is also helpful since you can walk in, grab your bag and walk out. The drink choices are more than just soda, they have tea and juice as well. And water cups. Staff was very friendly and kind. I extremely enjoyed their soup ( broccoli with cheddar cheese ) especially the French bread in a bowl so good. Their cookies and pastries tasted mouthwatering. Furthermore, the tea is incredible ( old fashion English kind ). Beautiful urban zone to sit down with family, best part they don’t sell alcohol so very satisfying with families and children. Definitely coming here more often. Loved it.
