I agree with the reviewer who said there’s no chicken in the chicken sandwich. All bread! Smaller servings, higher prices. Store was not very clean and bathrooms were dirty too. Went after 7pm and the place was full of unhoused persons charging their phones and feeding their pets.

I just like panoramic, never had a bad meal. This panoramic has a sweet little lady, Maria. She is friendly, helpful, she’ll get you anything you need and bus your table for you while you relax. She keeps this place clean and she is delightful!!

This location used to be the talk of the town. The team was a tightly nit crew of real friends, and the food was made with integrity and good service in mind. Corporate changes have made it as bad as any fast food experience your nightmares can conceive, beginning with a new general manager who is an older lady that has equal parts incompetence and rudeness; not a great combination for the leader of a store. The associates seem mistreated and in turn don’t have any passion for their work or the customers. The result is old or poor quality food with scant portions being served frequently. One worker told me the baker dropped a batch of cinnamon rolls on the ground and was told by the GM to pick them up and refrost them before serving. That’s some standard you’re setting.

We are regulars here … This restaurant is ran like everyone is family . The whole staff is absolutely amazing totally dialed in. They also have a brand ambassador Maria and what a gem she is .. one of a kind special as they come

Maria is very rude. She only treats older customers with respect, I got questioned about why I was taking a cup to fill up my drink when I have sip club. The other employees have all told me that you grab your cup yourself and that is why they’re out. Another time she kicked me out because there “wasn’t enough seating for her line of customers” her line of customers didn’t exist. She only likes middle aged and older customers just an fyi.

If you’re in the area and like Panera bread, than this is it. Franchise store, same products, as all of them good and tasty. This one was clean well staffed and the crowd there was pleasant.
Didn’t have spinach 🙁 and therefore all food with spinach was not available which was add for a morning…

We went here for a quick break during our road trip to Reno. The place was pretty big and busy. The lady who took my order was nice. I ordered asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese. Something simple but it was the first time I’ve been to a panera that they actually wrapped the bagel. Usually they just throw it in the to go bag or the pastry bag. I felt like they put a lot of care with handling the food.

Asian sesame chicken salad on the board is 759 and on the receipt it’s 959. Almost $10 for a small salad and they give you a tiny container with a little bit of dressing. Way Overpriced for what they give you

HORRIBLE! Ordered a Ham and Croissant Benny it was uneatable. I picked up my sandwich and noticed the croissant was drenched in some kind of sauce. I took it up to the counter and showed two employees that the sandwich was drenched in sauce. They rudely told me that it was a Benedict sauce and that is how it came. I asked if I could just get a muffin instead. They told me they would remake it, but wouldn’t give me a muffin. As I was still standing at the counter, one of the employees went behind the wall and was making faces at the other employee about me while I was still at the counter. At that point, I was definitely not having them remake me a sandwich or get me anything else. I took the sandwich and left. Waste of time and money. Most disappointing was the UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE service from not one, but two employees. I didn’t even notice until a few house later the receipt says, “Accuracy Matters. Your order should be create every time. If it’s not, we’ll fix it right away, and five you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know.” WHAT A JOKE!
