This place has employees that don’t care. The bowls weren’t even full had way with the soup that was ordered and they denied my daughter the bathroom because they decide to clean them both at the same time and close them both, is this even legal? Corporate places are garbage. I have to give it 2 stars because the Mac n cheese was good but the experience with the staff wasn’t…. Bummer

Not the Panera I remember. This location is very loud because of the staff. Not sure why there are so many workers being loud for no reason shouting at each other. The staff are snarky Latina woman. This location of Panera bread is my personal favorite. It’s because of low crowd in this location compared to other bay area locations and other reason being the attention to detail on your order. Their grilled four cheese sandwich is so-so. The Mediterranean sandwich is good. Broccoli cheddar soup and creamy tomato are great. Pecan roll gives a good ending for your meal. Don’t miss the mac-n-cheese with baja style.
