We came at 8:10pm. They told us we cannot dine in anymore and they’re closed. All the chairs are put upside down on the table.
I’ve been to other Panera locations before and they all close at 9pm. Why would they close 45 mins earlier than the posted 9 pm? They should have changed their closing time online to 8pm if that’s the case. Horrible service.
Also, even when we tried to order for to-go, their salad ingredients are out and their soup we want is out. Super disappointed.
The food was mediocre. Not bad.. not great. I went back to get a cinnamon roll after and it was stale. The restaurant itself wasn’t all that clean. It was not busy at all but tables had to wiped down and weren’t. Floor was littered with crumbs and food. We ended up just wiping down our own so we could sit. I won’t be going back.
The space is spotless, the food consistently delicious, and the service top-tier. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in with a laptop and coffee, this café delivers excellence every time.
Special shoutout to Lucy, whose leadership and grace elevate the entire experience. Her deep understanding of the restaurant business shines through in every detail—from staffing to customer care.
Lucy’s kindness, professionalism, and ability to create a calm, efficient environment make her a standout. She’s the kind of person who turns a good visit into a great one.
The crew here has been wonderful with me and so accommodating. The assistant/manager is a wonderful woman!
I would recommend Panera Bread on Stevens Creek to anyone that needs a warm meal and a cold drink.
Just to test if this was racism, I had my wife order the same thing 5 minutes later. See in the picture, I got regular when I order large (right) and my wife who is not Asian went in a got the large one she ordered (right) and they asked her for nothing! No order confirmation and of course, no ID!!!! You can treat everyone the same but not discriminate like this!
I am giving zero stars on all platform and letting all my friends and family know this is a racist location.
The Kobe Kitchen next door is way more better, it tastes better and the people there are genuine and treat you better!
