I had been in the Paneras in Chicago. I just didn’t know the menus would be so different. The choices in this location are minimal. I got a two item entre which included chicken soup, cheese macaroni and bread. When it came to my table I was shocked by the tiny portions. It felt like I was having a snack. The macaroni was good. The soup was watery and not hearty. And the bread was cold. Good thing the food was not overly salty. The staff was friendly though. The total lunch bill, including tax and tips, was close to $14 which is more than I want to pay for lunch. I really should have walked next to Chipotle.

I eat at Panera at least twice a week. So obviously I like it a lot. This particular day I was surprised to find my Napa chicken salad sandwich and pickle thrown in the bag without the usual wrapping. I ordered two sandwiches and one was wrapped but the other one was thrown in the bag without care. I asked the employee if she could take it back and have it wrapped properly. I was nice about it. I got an eye roll and a sigh. Really?! Do you want your food thrown in a bag like trash? I couldn’t believe that I got attitude for a mistake someone made or was just lazy and didn’t care. I’m not going to name names but if it happens again I’m going to talk to the manager.

Today I went there, and I ordered for artichoke soufflé, she gave me ham, for second time I asked for artichoke, she gave me ham again. When I let manager know. She got angry of me instead of I should angry of her. She said our chef made a mistake today she gave me cheese artichoke instead. I decided never go to Dublin Panera again. Food is okay, but the customer service is awful. I was looking to pick up a rapid pick up item and asked one of the workers where to pick it up (it’s normally near the shelf for pick-ups, but it wasn’t there). He angrily told me where it was and was incredibly rude, snapping at me. I really don’t appreciate being practically yelled at when I pick up my food. This place desperately needs to hire some better workers. Won’t be back to this location.

Ordered food online. The food was missing .. after carefully looking at all neighbor doors etc. It was not there. Finally I was able to get in touch with the delivery guy. He left the food in a back road, in the sidewalk, in the sun. I mean the baguette, soup, etc.. Essentially he delivered to the back of the house. Food is inedible now but more than that is having to scramble for something else. I am charging back this.. and never going back.

The sandwhich was made terribly. Ordered my son a grilled cheese and was headed home to eat with him. His sandwich had half a brick of cheese and 3 or 4 bacon bits. See pics. That was $3 extra worth of bacon.
