This was my first time trying Panera bread. I ordered through the app and I’m so glad that I did. I walked in and there was a line and only one person helping customers even though I saw other employees. The next issue was there wasn’t any signage to tell where to pickup online orders. After waiting a few minutes another went to the back of the store and found out this was where you picked up online orders. Now back to the sandwich it was delicious. The sandwich had plenty of meat and flavor. I will return but only for online ordering.

Sandwich and salad were pretty meh: best part of the sandwich was the bread. The rest was lackluster. There wasn’t enough filling in the sandwich. The salad was disappointing too. The chicken felt soft and kind of slimy. The romaine was ok but not that fresh.

Food tastes good, especially when you get to sample their menu. Oh, not for free of course. They just simply cant get a single order correct. Even when the assistant general manager is packing the orders they still get it wrong its actually pathetic. If you order here, tear open your bag and just check it. Ive ordered here 4 times and had 3 orders incorrect. Think about that ratio.

This Panera was the site of a quick dinner on the way back from a San-Fran day trip. This was back in May, but I do remember having a kind server. And really good views at sunset! Props to the Bay Area, I definitely want to come back! (To the city)

I just ordered from panera. The food was delicious. I want to thank the girl that attended me today 2:30pm it was Stacy she was really nice, very friendly. Once I entered the door she was really patient with me and said hi once I walked in the door. I told her I didn’t know what to order and she told me to let her know when I was ready. She understood me when I was struggling to figure out what my family wanted to eat so I could order it. The rest of my family came in, I spilled my drink on accident because I was trying to help my baby cousin and she was Super understanding and considerate. I told her about the spill and I apologized because I felt so bad and they went to help finish picking it up. She was so nice even at the very end. Thank you so much for your customer service we need more people like you in the world. Hope to see you soon again ♥️

We ordered online for take out and part of our order was 6 frosted cookies. When we opened the bag at home we received 3 frosted cookies and 3 chocolate chip. We were not told about the change or offered anything in substitution they simply did it. We did not want the cookies you could not get rid of!

I made a rapid curbside pick-up online, and I even put down what I wore and the model of my vehicle. I parked at the designed spot, clicked my order email, and waited… no one showed up after 10 minutes, so I went inside. Two people were inline ordering. One person was asking question about coffee. I checked the “To-go” table (it has a sign), and “delivery” table… nothing. I found my order at the counter near cashier, sitting lonely there. I told the cashier I picked up my own curbside order, even though it has a policy, but no one was doing it!
I ordered one Kitchen Sink cookie, $3.99. First impression, why was the bag not sealed (as showed in one of my pictures)? Luckily, it had a smaller sealed bag. However, the cookie was dry and hard. It was worse than the ones from grocery store, where I can get much more cookies. Should it be warm for rapid pickup? I ended up put in my microwave and reheated it for 10 seconds. Very disappointed with the order!
