I know this place as St. Louis Bread and Co. But Panera Bread works well enough. The people working here are hard-working more so than other ones I’ve encountered.

Really bad customer service and food preparation. Bought toasted bagels to go, only to find out they were burned when I got home. Spoke with the manager and showed her the bagels, and she said that is the toast setting and it is completely normal. If you look at the pictures, they are clearly burned.

I placed an order for work. The website was extremely easy to navigate. i was able to pre order and select very accommodating time slots. The order was ready in the time frame, while i waited they offered me a cup of coffee. Jenn, Karla, Chanel were all great. Order was professional packed.

Not the spacious tidy Panera Bread location you typically get to see. Staff and food are on point in terms of service and taste respectively. However, the location has poor quality Wi-Fi and restrooms were not clean at all. The “Unlimited Sips” subscription offer cannot be missed. 2 months of free beverages is something I have never seen offering by any major chain.

Panera is always amazing!! Great food, super nice workers, and clean store. I ordered their Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with the new Summer Corn Chowder, and it was great! Everything was delicious and it was a filling, yet light lunch. The pastries are delicious and the candy (M&M) cookie is my favorite. Always a solid place. Recommended
