Make your order, get your food at one spot, your drinks at another and your croissant at the register. Did I forget anything Panera? No instructions, confusing and it doesn’t make sense to split the whole process on three steps. Who came out with this ?

Was good but a little pricey 4 lunch 2 of us ate 4 $30 & that didnt even include drinks (we had water) but the salad was HUGE4 a half size needed help finishing…after spending am shopping @ the various places in that area we were soooooo ready 4 lunch!!! Pretty fast service & friendly employees

They have a self ordering kiosk which had issues accepting payment method. We had to move to another one and re-order everything by that time the breakfast menu disappeared since it was 11 AM. Again had to think about what to order. All this took a while and the order arrived to our table after a long time. And we see that what they had given us was an incomplete and incorrect one. They have options to customize the menu options on their kiosk which they do not customize when we receive the order. In the end it was a total waste of time and money.

On Sunday April 16th an employee had their young daughter allowed to run around the kitchen unsupervised to touch whatever she wanted. Very unhygienic would not recommend this store.

I ordered curbside pickup at this location. The app told us our food is ready and will be out soon. After waiting about 10 minutes we decided to go in because we figured it wasn’t coming out. We asked one of the workers who took a quick look around for our order and then said I can’t find it and ask someone else because my shift is over. Finally someone is able to find it in the back. Luckily I checked the bag because there were no utensils which is a must for a curbside order with soup.
