I went to Panera Bread for breakfast today and had a mixed experience. The food was good, but the service was not. The staff seemed to be new and didn’t know their own menu very well. They made more than one mistake with my order, and it took a long time to get my food.

Okay. I’ve been going to this place on Arques the last few months. Never had a problem with my order. Usually we dine in. I’ve ordered two take out lunches first one had an absolutely no problems with it. Today’s takeout order was a bit different. First I started to order online but then I was on a work computer so I didn’t want to put my credit card information on there so I decided to just order at the store. I didn’t notice that the online order was $2 more expensive then ordering in the store. So I order the take two with a pepperoni and mozzarella melt and a cheddar broccoli soup. They called my name handed me my bag and I left to go back to work. I get back to work and open my sandwich just to find out it’s a ham sandwich. It was a good sandwich, but not what I wanted. This is the first incident I’ve had with this place all in all a very solid place to eat lunch.

Cold bagel, tasteless bacon egg and cheese bagel, hardly any bacon, avocado contaminated on a bagel with no avocado, Luke warm hot water for tea, no places to sit, they got our order wrong, and no offer to discount anything for their mistake. Worst experience at a Panera bread. Ever.

An amazing brunch place! The ambience is amazing and the food was the best! Definitely try out the soup. Cheddar broccoli was amazing! Definitely recommend the bowls too. Overall a great experience!

If you dont tip well, you will get sick! All people in our group, eating different things each time had this experience two visits in a row. This is a counter serve place, and they still expect high tips. Dont know what they do if you dont exactly, but all of the group got sick two time on 2 separate visits. Done with this place!

My wife applied to work there and was scheduled the in-person interview. I drove her there and she came back in 3 minutes saying the manager refused to appear for the interview. The cashier called them, however, the manager asked her to come back another day. The manager didn’t even bother to come out, very disrespectful.
