I do like how this restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options. Receiving this food is usually quick. The food is good, not great. Orders do take a little time because it’s fresh food, not fast food. The restrooms and facilities are usually very clean. The coffee is usually fresh. They have mislabeled my orders a few times, but besides that. I give them a strong four out of five.

I really liked this Panera. The staff is really friendly and they make ordering very easy with the kiosks next to the entrance. There are picture menus on them and everything is very clear and easy to follow. I love their use of technology. There’s a screen next to the drink station where you can monitor the progress of your order and know when it’s ready for pickup. There’s ample seating and plenty of parking outside. Tulare did a good job by bringing this much needed Panera to us.

Kathryn a “Shift Leader” was HORRIBLE today! She was upset that I asked for a remake of my order that was wrong. Like excuse me it’s my fault my order was wrong, no. She rolled her eyes at me huffed under her breath. Was a bad experience because of Kathryn today. Brogan was amazing at taking care of me but unfortunately Kathryn’s behavior made for a horrible experience.

Driving through on a campus road tour with my son. Had two delish meals and was very impressed with Ava, the cashier (who was also doing many other jobs by the way). She was extremely pleasant, engaging and competent. My son had the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl w/ Broccoli and a strawberry salad (?) and had already dug in before I took the attached photo. I had the large bowl of the Chicken and it was Yummy!

Cinnamon Crunch Bagel is a family favorite love that I don’t have to drive to Visalia. Parking lot is small and so is location can get crowded in the mornings.

Our order was “bumped” after a few drive through orders. “Bumped” means they delete your name from the list on the screen. Waited 10 min. Approached staff and they rudely informed us we were “bumped”. Staff stared down my wife while wandering around the store. Manager came out to fill our bagel order. Hurriedly sliced bages and carelessly tossed them into box. We were not given our cream cheese. That was our entire order… a small and easy one that took 30 min. total to fill. This is why Tulare can’t have nice things… we will just go to Visalia for our bagels.
