So I drove home from work and stopped here cause the wife likes their soup and they couldn’t get a simple sandwich and soup order correct!!! So then I drove home to realize they didn’t put the sandwiches in the bag .I then drove back and the cook could pull the order but the manager couldn’t, what does that tell you about the manager. If the manager can’t do her job then how do the over paid employees do their job! The manger remade everything but just a frustrating experience.

I ordered Pick Two. You have a few options to choose from. I selected half a salad and half of a chicken sandwich, and it came with a side, Yay! They’ll give you a number buzzer to let know your food is ready for pick-up. It was easy to place an order. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the food was tasty. One more thing, if you download the Panera Bread app, you can place your order ahead of time.

Mgmt at this location needs to address the details for cleanliness the kitchen prep area the walls are very greesy and the ceiling is starting show discoloration. The seating area and walls under tables are filthy the benches have crumbs in the cracks. And makes me question what’s happening behind in the food areas
Hopefully mgmt addresses and make the changes

I really love their broccoli cheese soup and the toasted frontega chicken sandwich, they go well together in my opinion. I can’t say I’ve actually ever sat down to eat inside a Panera though – I’ve always gotten it to go as rapid pickup, they do pretty good with it, even when they’ve been busy! And the food seems pretty consistent (I do have to admit that I go more often than I should ♀️ ). Thank you for awesome food, Panera!

Love to study here early in the morning. Volume of the music is just fine if you’re gonna study or do your office work there. Some people may converse loud but they don’t stay too long. food is always great!! ✨

Tried the pepperoni & Sausage Flatbread
Also the Fujo Apple Salad
Flatbread I felt was not cooked correctly.
Sausage and pepperoni were under the cheese. Cooking this way doesn’t allow the meat to get crispy and cooked completely.
Salad was lacking dressing and cheese.
Usually Panera is always on point.
Unfortunately today they didn’t meet the mark. Won’t deter us from coming back.
