The soup and sandwiches we had are delicious! The tomato soup was the best I’ve ever had. I always get broccoli cheddar. I decided to try something new. I’m glad I did. This is not a restaurant. You can order here or before you come. Then pick up your food.

They charged me for a regular sip club membership instead of the promo $4 per month for 4 months. They offered to let me keep the sip club til the next month since I had already paid for it. They said they would give me a $20 credit for the inconvenience. Now my rewards do not show the $20 credit or my sip club (which i paid for at 15.32 for the month and not the $4 it was supposed to be. For a tech driven ordering company their website and app are trash and neither work and they just keep glitching on me. So frustrated with this whole situation that I dont even want to shop with them anymore. Their food is good (over priced) but everything else is just a frustrating nightmare!

I never really review anything, so it shows how irritated I am. I was so excited to see a Panera open up so close to my work. My first issue is that I ordered a chicken noodle soup bowl, and we all know how pricey Panera can be. So I was a bit upset that all I really got was broth. When I stirred the soup, I can count 1 piece of chicken, 2 carrots, and 5 noodles (yeah, I know how bad that looks, but let’s talk about how easy it was for me to literally count the ingredients). Second, I never received the grilled cheese either, even though it’s checked off on the receipt. The salad was good though!

Super quick service. I work on the same street as this location, I submitted the order for pickup at 12:10. By the time I arrived at 12:20 it was already packaged and good to go. Friendly staff. Food quality was great.

Mediterranean bowls had no hummus, Baja bowl was half empty. Mac and cheese and soup were good. I’m no panera expert but, nothing impressive here. I’m still hungry btw.

The three ladies working today were so nice! I was have a tough day and wasn’t feel very well but they made great conversation and hyped up my outfit lol… a woman’s best compliment:)

My son bought some “home style ” chicken soup as I’ve been sick, it had very little chicken and was so salty I had to throw it out,not good for my heart issues

Don’t come here for sip club. You’ll probably be disappointed. Smallest “Panera” I’ve ever seen. No dine in, no self serve drinks, and not all options are available. There’s a better one 1p minutes from here apparently. But I wasted my time coming here and will have to go without.

This is not an actual Panera. It’s a satellite kitchen. There’s no where to sit. It’s take out only. I wanted a coffee the one person working there said they don’t have any. The pastry selection is not the same. Neither is the menu, it’s very limited compared to actual Panera locations.
As you can see they posted pictures like it is the same but half of those aren’t available all the time.
