We arrived at this location at 8:15 and we were told we could not dine in after 8:00 PM even though the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. We were told we could sit at the back patio through a back door. The back patio tables were all dirty and I could tell the homeless were using the area because there was ripped, worn out dirty clothing on the chairs and tables. Not to mention we could not get back in to get the food after we ordered through the back side after we managed to clean a table to sit. So we had to go all the way around the building to get back in to pickup the food. The staff were nice and friendly, and the quality of food was acceptable. However, I would not be visiting this location again.

The menu is confusing and the food is expensive. The photo is of my leftover, unappetizing grilled cheese sandwich and inferior apple. The coffee was good and the staff was kindly tolerant about explaining the menu. The pastries looked appealing and the french bread that my friend had with her soup that tasted good. We had hoped to get a breakfast roll but that is not offered after 10:30 a.m.

Really nice girl working the register helped us out. We came here after Chipotle to grab desert for the girls. I like how they show calories and it scared me into getting just 1 cookie for the both of my daughters. Sharing is caring after all. They were happy, table clean, music a nice softness while still audible and good atmosphere.

Ordered soup and 1/2 sandwich with the chicken salad I love. The sandwich had about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad. The tomato slice was larger than the diameter of the chicken sad and it was smashed down to 1/2 inch thickness. My daughter said- take it back!! Just too disappointed to move.

I had a horrible experience from start to finish. It’s such a sad thing trying to celebrate my grandchildren play with dinner together. When we arrived at 8:40pm, we were told by two young women working at the counter that we had to use the kiosk to order they would not take the order. We should have walked out then, but we were hoping everyone would have a chance of getting some dinner they enjoyed…it was a big order, and the menu is pretty big. Bad decision for sure. Several of the things we tried to order were not available….it was late so we made other choices. Our order was given to us in a To go bag, being informed that they were closing soon. Thankfully, we pulled everything out because the order was wrong. Onions on the salad….lots of onions and no chicken. No chicken on the other salad. Took them back and received two more salads, no chicken again. The coffee was cold they should have told us. The pizza was drenched is sause my grandson couldn’t eat it. I will diffently not go back. There were 5 employees there, and yet none of them seemed to care about the food and experience they were providing.

I recently had ordered vegetable soup to go at Panera in Mission Viejo. I was surprised that the young man working the counter did not seem to care that he had customers. Instead he continued to ignore us for some time. we were the only customers there at that time. He finally took our to go order. I paid and did not add a tip. After that they got quite a few patrons.I watched as he completed many orders before ours. when I got home my soup had less than 10 small vegetables approx the size of barley. I was quite disappointed and will not go back.

Visit on occasion usually in the morning. Like the variety of baked goods and soups. On my most recent visit, I enjoyed a ham, egg, cheese and breakfast sandwich (pictured). Free Wi-Fi access and a rewards program is available. Friendly and attentive service.
