The people here are wonderful. Really caring and helpful. Always deliver exceptional customer service. One place I continue to come back to. Leah, Ytzel, and the many many others whose names I don’t know; no other associates or team members anywhere can compare! I highly recommend this Panera.

Panera is our new neighborhood favorite. Even though it’s a chain, the employees run it like a family restaurant. All the employees are friendly and welcoming. The manager takes his time to check on customers. Soups, salads and sandwiches are freshly made. Always nice to add a baked good to our meal.

Honestly, it’s hit-and-miss. I don’t know how a store that serves salads can be out of arugula, and then another time be out of romaine lettuce. I do love the squash soup though however, it’s a very small portion for the cost. I also have a problem with the availability of seating.There should be a limit on people using the wifi because they’re taking up all of the space for people that actually want to dine and eat. The employees here, especially Brenda and Skyler, are super helpful and amazing!

The workers are nice but their desserts including cookies are not fresh and were dry. I always love their pastries but I couldn’t even finish the, because they were so dry. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on day street. First time I went, this panera was empty that should have been a sign because now I understand why. I’ve never seen a panera AND with a DRIVE THRU so empty. If you care about your business do better, make your employees serve fresh food and pastries.

As a sip club member, I come multiple times a day to get drinks. Leaah, always greets me with a warm smile. She is very polite and has amazing customer service!

Not coming back again. The food is always below mid, something is always cold, and customer service is not up to par. One of my friend’s soup was cold. She took it back to ask for them to warm up and she was told that the microwave was to left and she could warm up there. That’s not her job, that’s what employees are paid to do. The customer is always right. Get with the program.

lots of small group and solo seating, outlets at nearly every table. this location is new, food seems to be coming out tasting/looking by the book, is very clean (lobby and bathrooms), and staff are friendly. this spot is great for students/WFH professionals, but maybe not for families. the lobby used to be way too cold, but that has improved over time

My soup was cold. I asked if it could be reheated. I was sent to the microwave to heat it up myself. I received an email message saying I could pick a pastry as a free reward for becoming a member. When I went to claim my reward, I was told I needed to make another purchase to access it. Not coming back here again.
