This location is ok as far as the food goes but the temperature is always seems to be about 68 degrees inside. I was trying to eat fast so I could get outside because I don’t like it cold. Maybe that’s why it’s so cold all the time. Might be back but will not eat inside.

Conveniently located Panera Bread right off Freeway 215. Very clean and well maintained. I had Chipotle chicken, egg and avocado sandwich with hot hazelnut coffee for breakfast. They were delicious……great way to start off my day

Every time I come here, the ladies are almost ALWAYS rude and have attitude in their voice. I’m not sure what I did wrong to be treated that way. I always treat them with respect and thank them when they hand me my order. Today was the final straw with this location. The girl running the drive thru window around 1:30-1:40pm (I couldn’t catch her name before she slammed the window shut) was very rude. She asked if I was picking up or placing an order. I told her I was there to pick up an order. With attitude and kind of raising her voice at me, she asked for the last name, then told me to pull up to the window. Then to top it off, she handed me my food saying “here”. I stayed kind even though I felt disrespected. I thanked her and she said “Mhmm” with a smirk on her face and slammed the window. Like what did I do to deserve that? You never know what someone is going through. Treat people the way you’d want to be treated if you were the person picking up their drive thru order. Some of these ladies working here should not be in a customer service role if they can’t be patient and kind with the customers. I’d understand if I was treating them poorly but I literally just came through to pick up my order.

Visited here a few times. They are consistent…. in messing up your order. Once I ordered broccoli and cheddar soup…there was no broccoli. Mgr said was the soup vendors fault. They don’t control that. Tonight missing items in order. Spent 35.00 ridiculous!!!!

Their food is great! Pricey, but good. I usually order on the app and eother dine in or do drive thru but the receipts never have their name on it, it would be helpful if Panera put their name on the receipts.

This is my nearest Panera to home and work. Although, my past 3 visits have been horrible. I always place my order for rapid pick up drive thru. The last 3 times I’ve waited around 30 minutes in the drive thru lane. Keep in mind I don’t get in line until I get notify that my order is ready for pick up. When I finally make it to the window the ladies there are rude and don’t even apologize for the wait time. By the time I start eating my soup was cold, sandwich was soggy and drink was watered down. This last time I waited 45 minutes to pick up a order of 6 assorted pastries. I waited 45 minutes so they hand me items that should already be ready just needed to be boxed up. I did send in a complain on the app but I really hope the manage or owner to this location sees this because its absolutely ridiculous the amount of time they take to give you a order that was placed ahead of time.

To begin with i forgot give my number guess that angered Brittnay. Because she procced to not put in my phone number after confirming the name on the account. So she choose to not give me credit for my visit (checked in app)For a loaf that serves 7 people they tried to give me 4 butters. I go back and ask for more hand a other 4. Are you kidding me. Worse location the girls have horrible attitudes. I came Saturday Nov 22. Skip this location they csnt value there paying guest. Just go to any other location.
