I love Rapid Pickup! I ordered my food online last night and picked it up first thing this morning. Panera is always clean, with friendly staff and of course, great food! Today I ordered a variety of seven sandwiches and two Greek salads. Everything was ready when I arrived at the designated time. As is always the case, the food was welcomed by all and tasted wonderful!

Was disappointed in food, staff was friendly and place was fine except padding is worn town in some places I sat down expecting cushion and hit wood. Nephews food came out hot kine was lukewarm at best, they do have a microwave you can use but I mean… soup should be hot… got their broc Mac n cheese was not good it was too soupy and flavor was not nice.

It wasnt to bad, food was good, water was warm for my tea. Did have a pretty negative experience with the throttled internet speeds, I wasn’t able to get some important work done, after I ate my meal. First Panera, that has dirt low speeds, and didn’t allow me to do regular browsing and emails. I work and consume, this isn’t a location that I can come to unfortunately.

Yikes this place is gross everything is dirty..how is this even acceptable!? The staff used the same gloves she used to touch the register to grab the pastries we ordered. I told the manager about it and she did the same exact thing. Also, I was shocked that they just put the bread in the bag just like that without wrapping it. Wth ♀️

Great food and pastries but they changed their chocolate crossaint which WAS perfection and now it’s so bad I can’t even eat one. Coffee is great and egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches are great!

I always go to Panera for lunch. It’s my closest Panera bread . I always get the same thing broccoli cheddar soup however some days it’s perfect and some it’s so watery like today an some days during the week . Idk if it’s just a different chef on some days but sucks when I have watery broccoli cheddar staff very friendly everytime though.

All the employees were very helpful and ginger helped answer all of my questions about there special coffee, lattes and such,all the bakery items are of good quality, bagels, cookies and bread,no baristas in there on espresso machine,it’s just a machine that makes the shot’s,mine are better @ home, very expensive got 3 salads and bagels and coffee, sweet’s it was about $64 dallors.
