Croissant Benny hollandaise sauce . My favorite breakfast sandwich. This location makes them the best. The hollandaise sauce needs to drip out when you bite into it or they didn’t make it right!!

OLD!!!!(I really appreciate Panera bread for their strip club) New(I’ve always wanted to enjoy this Panera location, but I’ve faced repeated disrespect. About a month ago, I reported that someone was misusing my Sip Club ID, and instead of help, I was blamed and told to handle it myself. I let that go, hoping it was a one-time issue.
Today, I was parked in my usual spot — close to the entrance because of my bad back and hips. An employee confronted me, claiming I was parking too close to her car, even though I was well within my space. Another employee even stood by as if to protect her. She said I park next to her every day, as if it’s a problem, but I’m just trying to park safely and comfortably.
This happened while she was on the clock, making it even more disappointing. I’ve never damaged anyone’s car, and I always try to be respectful. It’s frustrating that this is how I was treated.
I love Panera, but I hope they train their staff to treat customers with more kindness and professionalism. I’ll give them one more chance, but if this happens again, I’ll reach out to corporate.

I have always been a fan of oanera bread. I love the bagels. Mom loves the soup and the pecan pastry. I was happy to have one open closer to me than the one in Victorville. Then why do I keep going to the Victorville location. Easy. Better service. Other comments about service being slow is so correct. I came in one time and walked up to order and no one was there. Waited a few minutes and left. Last time I ordered a pecan pastry online for mom. Got notice it was on the shelf. Walked in and no it wasn’t. They had people at counter in front of me to pick up food talking with the person behind the counter. Finally got his attention and he started looking for my order. Turned out is was in front of him and no one bothered to put it on the shelf where I was told to look. Plus dont go here on Tuesday for the bagel special. They run out in morning. They juat dont make enough. I go to Victorville and they have bagels available at 5pm. They take care of their customers.

Signed up for the sip club, I truly love it. I order online and zip thru the line in rapid pickup. They are so nice and give my doggies ice water with no argument. I go as much as possible.

i came to panara earlier this week and it was my first time eating there and i was having a really hard time with the menu and a girl named makayla?? was so sweet and patient with me she helped me pick out a meal and the cranberry orange slice from the bakery was SO GOOD! 10/10 such a sweet gir!!!

Maybe Im old school but when you work with the public you should always do your best to smile and speak to the customers visiting the establishment you’re representing. The girls here are so rude and what I assume to be miserable, bless their hearts! I walked in there as happy as can be and now i am out in my car questioning if im even a real person lol I can’t

Not very friendly at 8:23 am, it’s too early to encounter such rudeness. Not a good morning, was not given a receipt and not even a thank you. Whoever they have in the drive thru on 12/15 at 8:20 am….. remove them ASAP! Don’t go ruining my morning if your day is not going well.

I came through the drive way today and I had to wait in line 15 minutes for my order. The girl Zianne was rude and dismissive. She was dancing with a male employee instead of handing me my order. My advice to you about coming to this location is save your money and your time they even got my order wrong. I recommend going to the Victorville location instead. I will not be back to this location, worst location in ever.
