Panera Bread is always dependable and a good eatery for us no matter where we go.
And this place is no exception. Very easily accessible from I-8 with the usual ambience. Friendly customer service that put together our order quickly.

We were on a road trip and stopped at PB because we weren’t too hungry and knew we could get a salad made fresh and not waste any. We ordered HALF salads and on the menu they were priced at $9.49. However, when we looked at the receipt later, it showed we were charged $11.49 for each. We did not order anything “extra” or asked for something outrageous. When we asked the employees, they appeared confused but then said it was because we ordered off the “choose two” menu. NOWHERE on the menu does it say that if we order from the “choose two” menu we would pay more if we didn’t choose two!! So, let me get this straight…we weren’t that hungry, so we ordered HALF of a salad and because we did not choose a second item, we got charged an extra $2 for each salad??!!! What??!! Since the employees could not really explain the charge, I reached out to PB customer service and got the runaround as well. Doesn’t this seem like pretty shady business practices? We paid MORE for less food!!

This is the prettiest Panera I have been to. They have a self order kiosk when you walk in so you can place your own order and pay for it without going to the counter. Very spacious, staff was friendly and overall a very nice place. Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. I will be returning to this location again

Panera just gives a sense of relaxation and to enjoy your food. Very clean place. Food tastes good. Very helpful staff on helping you order. Witnessed how a staff member helped a new panera customer to order and was patient in telling her what each food item had. Would definitely come again and recommend this location.

I ordered a Panera chicken noodle soup bread bowl and they just gave me regular bagette slices. The whole point of me ordering Panera was to enjoy a bread bowl. Really disappointed I spent almost 20$ on this.

Quiet and clean. Free of the homeless intrusions. Kiosk style order and payment. Small print, difficult menu. Clearly they are in the business of selling expensive bread. Less then a half teaspoon of sandwich spread/chicken. Free potato chips were stale and HARD. Kiosk suggests tips for staff as well as a request for donations to charity. Not a pleasant expiriance. Noticeably few customers inside or through the drive thru and order pickup. The cleaning staff at the self serve were polite and smile a lot.
Photos say a lot without needing to denote every detail. Not on my future list of places to stop and eat.
