How disappointing the smokey buffalo chicken was!!! First time trying it! I was so excited and checked the picture from my app, it looked so delicious! Unfortunately my sandwich definitely didn’t look like the one on the picture. Almost no chicken, DRY, very little to almost no buffalo sauce hence no flavor. First time ever eating a buffalo sandwich without the buffalo taste! Look at the picture, you will understand! Yes, the toasted baguette was very good, that’s all the flavor I could taste.

It’s a Panera. Consistently good anywhere you go. I had the Green Goddess salad with a cup of autumn squash soup. They were both great! I got kind of a past ripe apple and the staff were quick and kind to replace it. I got my meal within 5 minutes of ordering it. Overall great experience and within walking distance from many hotels.

This is just a walking distance from Westgate hotel, we don’t feel like driving anywhere so we tried this place for the first time. We got the Cobb salad; it was ok. I had better. Way too much arugula too strong for us. Needs more dressing. I’d rather have croutons than the side cold piece of plain bread but my husband liked it. Caesar salad is good; I had better somewhere else. Salad portions were good. Cheese flatbread: it wasn’t great but it was good; the dough is light. Are we coming back? Maybe just to try their sandwiches but not in a hurry.

I always enjoy their fresh baked loaf of sourdough bread and also the tomato basil loaf of bread. Parking is located after the store on the left. I typically go in for a quick hot self serve coffee or a citrus drink. I occassionaly get an ice coffee. This place does offer a lunch menu of sandwiches and salads, cookies, breakfast pastries etc.

The manager was so rude when I asked about the bathroom door code. I asked about the code he said it’s on the receipt. I told him that I don’t have a receipt because I ordered using a kiosk. He said I have to wait until my order is ready and get a receipt with my order and the code is on the receipt. He could simply give me the code but he didn’t! Later on I asked a cashier and he respectfully gave me the code. The one star is only for the manager. I wish someone from the corporate reads these reviews.

It’s okay. If you’re stuck and cannot cook yourself or find a McDonald’s, they have these tiny 5 bite breakfast sandwiches for almost $6. This place was clean and the staff very friendly and professional. The bathroom was clean as well. Great for tourists ✍️

I have to say that this Panera is a blessing. There is a large number of homeless in the surrounding areas and the only inconvenience they thrust onto customers to combat this is adding a pincode to the bathroom. There’s still free wifi, easy access coffee and soda, food quality is still top not and the place is spotless and well kept.

Ordered delivery but was disappointed of the portion for the price you pay. I paid $32 for half a sandwich and cup of soup, muffie and large drink. Quality was good but also didn’t get the drink I ordered with it. I called and spoke with Diana and she said either I could go pick up the drink or next time, I will get 2 drinks.Parking isn’t ideal at that location so was not ecstatic about going back.
