The place is a little unorganized. The service was not that good. I had a bagel my husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and they were out of the original bread it was supposed to come with so he got it on sourdough and it was a mess. We tried to find a fork to eat it with and there was nothing available and the servers were too unorganized to ask a question. Dont think we’ll go back.

Steak and white cheddar sandwich was way below average. Hardly any red onions, soggy stale bred, unremarkable steak. I’d give one star but my wife liked her chicken and wild rice soup and the kids ate their mac n cheese (really tough sell, I know). Maybe I just expected too much from Panera but it definitely reinforced why I haven’t eaten their for many years. I won’t be back.

I do not recommend this place. The inconsistency in everything is becoming more apparent. I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered a plain Baja Bowl (no chicken) and got chicken inside it (I’m a vegetarian, so this makes the food inedible for me). Please do better this place use to be very good.

Amazing experience! Check out their new Flatbread Pizzas and anything in a bread bowl is amazing…but their broccoli cheddar mac is my favorite. Also they have an unreal deal where anyone can get 3 months of free unlimited coffee….I got that for sure!

The San Marcos location must have high turnover or poor training. The inconsistently of the their sandwich making is high. Every other location I get a good amount of chicken in the Chipotle Avocado sandwich. At the San Marcos location I normally get barely any chicken. It is rare to get it made properly here. Pretty much, bread, cheese and sauce.
