The whole place looks and feels like a rundown Hometown Buffet. On top of that I’m pretty sure they over charged me. Maybe other locations are different but avoid this one.
Some attitude when I asked for someone to refill the hot drinks. I waited a while and received my food, and only then did they refill the milks and then the water. If I were in more of a hurry, which sometimes I am, I wouldn’t have been able to prepare my drink as I like it.
Also, don’t get a sandwich at Panera. The amount of protein inside it atrociously low, and the last time I ordered one here, I returned it to them. It was cold, only one short half ring piece of red onion, and barely any chicken. The guy said he could re-make it but “that’s the right amount we’re supongo put on the sandwiches.” It was much better and actually hot when he re-made it, with a bit more onion on it, too. Forget about lettuce on your sandwich! Just don’t get it here.
Make sure you’re ok on your salt intake if you get a soup! I really like soup and ordered one today. The lowest salt content was over a thousand!! 1243 or something like that- and that was for the chicken soup. All the others were over 1500, which is over half of the daily recommended salt intake for an adult.
Chip choices, just one. We really expected higher quality than that.
This location is hit and miss, but I think the food is usually good. Sometimes my veggie sandwich will have 1 pieces lettuce and onions(wrong order maybe? ), sometimes it’s complete. Sometimes the food is incredible, and sometimes I have to spit it out. But it’s more bad than good, for me.
We arrived as a family of five with grandparents — first time here. Half the tables were filthy and hadn’t been wiped. Fine, things happen. But the young woman with glasses at the till was unbelievably rude and condescending. Taking an order for seven people seemed like a personal inconvenience to her, and she made sure we knew it.
To top it off, she couldn’t even count properly — needed help doing basic math when we paid in cash. And somehow still expected a tip? I’d sooner tip a self-checkout machine than reward that kind of attitude.
Disgraceful service. Avoid this place.
