So the place is clean and the atmosphere is good. Honestly, just upset with inflation and how this super small meal cost me almost $20. A half a sandwich a bowl of soup and an apple. And the bowl of soup was originally less than half full, and one of the workers here felt bad and gave me a little more soup. These prices are getting out of control for what you get.

Always a chill vibe and healthy tasty food. Wood be better, 5 star, if the kiosk problem with errors didn’t keep happening. But a favorite for breakfast .

Chicken was missing from my Strawberry Poppy Chicken Salad. That’s a pretty important missing item.

I’ve never anywhere checked my food for missing/wrong items before driving away before. Shouldn’t have to.

Remember to check your order before leaving this place, whether it’s the drive through or in person.

This isn’t my favorite Panera Bread mainly because parking here can be a hassle. The lot is shared with several busy businesses and restaurants, so finding a spot takes some patience.

If you get past the parking hurdle, the next challenge is finding a table. Ordering and food quality are exactly what you’d expect from Panera—consistent and reliable. One thing I did notice is that when picking up my food, the staff actually said “thank you,” which was a nice touch and something I don’t always experience at other Panera locations.

I’d come here if I have extra time and don’t mind dealing with parking and seating. Otherwise, it’s a decent option, just not my first choice.

I love the food at Panera it usually tastes fresh and the service is efficient. My experience at this location met my Panera expectations. I made my order at the kiosk, a soup and sandwich and it probably took 5-7 minutes before my order was prepared. The food was good and was well presented on their traditional white dishes.

Panera makes mornings coffee run easy with their drink subscription. The kiosk is easy to use and fast. Atmosphere is generally relaxed. Panera bread often offer discounts on soups and bakery items. For breakfast- they usually offer Bagels for a $1 and treats for $2. There are regulars here even though it’s a chain.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experience in a business. I work for a school district nearby and have been catering here for my teachers for the last 2 months since our usual, catering business has recently closed. The first time I ordered here, everything was prompt & service was excellent. Today I picked up my order worth $300 and experienced the worst customer service. No one was attentive to not only me, but none of the guests that were standing in the front wanting to ask a question. When an associate finally came up to me, she waved her hands in the air, and looked at me with confusion. At first thought it could be a language barrier? but then said, “how can I help you with?” I was honestly so enraged with her gestures, and the lack of politeness, I did give her an ugly face, then ask for my catering order. A lady came out, Which I assumed was some type of lead or a manager, Said “sign this “ I told her I would but I would like to check my order since I was catering to 16 of my teachers & I wanted to make sure everything was correct. She stood there for 10 more seconds, and said “I need to grab the Phone sign that” then ask the associate that was rude to take the paper from me when I was done. I think what Most upset me was that I’ve never had a bad experience in this Panera until today and with my background in restaurant management I was Really was disappointed With my overall experience.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Pictured here is the Green Goddess salad, with 1/2 of a baguette. The pastry was a cinnamon roll, 50% off with the meal. My mom loves cinnamon rolls!

The salad was very fresh and delicious. The host was very energetic and friendly. He was helpful with the menu, helped us decide on our final order with suggestions on sandwiches or other items available.

There’s plenty of free parking. I highly recommend this place for a healthy meal.

I’ve gone to this location a number of times as well as ordered from them and although I love Panera (especially the soups) I’m really seeing an increase of bad practices from this location over the last year. Any time I order a sandwich instead of sending me half I instead get a quarter sandwich, i understand that bread doesn’t bake to the same size but it’s significantly smaller and my husband has noted this shift as well. Not to mention when I order from this location they keep sending it without the sides, for example today I ordered a soup with chips and this is at least the 4th time I don’t receive my chips. It seems insignificant but it just bothers me since I go so often and it’s really making me just not want to order anymore. I only experience these things when ordering online and have only experienced 1 issue that was resolved a few days later when I ordered in person, I don’t know this just feels like they’re taking advantage of the fact since you order online it’s not easy for a person to tell them of their mistakes since they’re not there in person.

They make their bread here, which I love (got a heart shaped bagel once ^__^). Food is always good. Love the new Forest ham and Gouda cheese sandwich –wish they could use the same ingredients for breakfast sandwiches! Love the warm bowl (very fulfilling). Salad is always fresh.

Always lots of people. Could be extremely busy during the rush hours (I plan my visit). Service is fine. For the amount of customers/visitors they have, they did the best they can to keep this place clean, both indoor & outdoor.

Influenced my boss (& maybe others) to come here for lunch xD
