This black gentleman wearing a cap, behind the kitchen counter, just yanked the cup out of my hand. Even with someone else’s name on it, relax, chill out. I’m also a Sip Club member, take it easy! The supervisor lady had a long day written all over her face too, and it’s only mid-morning. It’s okay to smile and add some oomph to your own morning drink. Understand that these days have been warm, your long faces don’t help!

Last evening 1/1/23 we ordered soup and sandwiches for dinner. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. In the tomato soup was a hair 4 inches long! It totally of course ruined our meal. I called manager to express my concern. Manager stated kitchen workers do not wear hair nets only a hat! I will no longer purchase food from this particular store. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Always check your food!

We ordered as usual, being greated by Jacob (very friendly) we placed order with him then got our drinks and sat down. Very short wait to get our food, all adjustments to our order was correct. But when I pulled the top half off of my steak white cheddar sandwich I was in shock how little meat was on this $8.00 sandwich. So I went up to the counter and spoke to Cheyenne. She did show me the company standards (RESPECTFULLY) on the amount of meat that they are to put in it but told me she was going to make me another one. As well as bring it out to me. She did just that! Best customer service in a very long time.

I have been going to Panera’s in Upland on a regular basis for a year now. I have the sipper club program. I enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast just about each day. Amy who works there on several days really stands out. She gives me a friendly greeting each time I am in there. She helps all the customers and her fellow workers. When I see Amy in the morning I get treated like family.

I finally got my, meat and potatoes kind of guy, husband to try Panera tonight. I was craving some Asiago cheese bread too. We approached the door and there was a sign that they ran out bread. Really? Extremely disappointed, how do they just run out of bread? Ridiculous!

Rude & awkward environment. I walk in & at the moment it was only 3 women employees in the front taking orders & im the only person in line getting a small order for myself. Literally all the girls are staring at me, ONE BEING A MANAGER not greeting me rolling their eyes at one another seeing who’s turn it is to get my order?? Though the food is technically fine, the prices and portion size is ridiculous whatever priced way under portioned. I don’t know what it is about Panera breads and finding hair in our food but it seems like whenever we go to a Panera bread in any state I’ve ever been to I’ll find hair in the food at some point. I ordered a rapid pick up, bagel, plain cc and coffee. When I got there, I found my bagel but no coffee cup, so I asked the man behind the counter didn’t say anything just grabbed a cup and practically threw it at me. Then when I got home they gave me a reduced fat chive and onion cc…. How is that even close to plain. It says on the receipt accuracy matters talk to a manager if your order is wrong so I called and of course no answer. Ridiculous.

Absolutely not worth the price! Came here with family and they came back twice telling me that they didn’t have what I ordered after I already paid and sat down. They then offered to upgrade me to a large but all they did was give me a large bowl with a super small portion. Absolutely not worth coming back whatsoever! 1/5 ⭐️
