I stopped by on Saturday night, 10/18/25. I didn’t see anyone looking too eager to take my order so I gave the kiosk a shot. It wasn’t too difficult to figure out. I ordered a whole French Ciabatta Dipper to go and then sat down on the bench by the pickup area. About 10 minutes later, my name was called. I grabbed my bag and headed out the door.
When got home, I opened it up. It didn’t look quite as meaty as the photos depict so I pulled the top off. There was actually a decent amount of beef on there.
I pulled the lid off of the French onion soup and took a dip. My taste buds were quite happy. It was pretty tasty.
Two final thoughts… I was stuffed when I was done. I think that sandwich was bigger than it looked. AND… they’re kinda stingy with the soup (see photo). It was a small cup that was only half full. I know… it’s just supposed to be for dipping but a little more would be nice.
Anyway… I would definitely order that again.
We will give them one more time. If we get the sane lousy soup we will not be eating there again.
And if you’re lucky enough to have Ana at the register, you’re in for an even bigger treat. She’s incredibly kind, super welcoming, and just makes the whole experience better. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in what she does.
Between the delicious food and top-notch service, I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Panera, you’ve got a gem in Ana!
