I had a fantastic experience at the Panera Bread Montclair location on Moreno Street. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delivered exactly as ordered. Our items including the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Ciabatta Cheesesteak, drinks, chips, and oatmeal raisin berry cookies were perfectly prepared and served promptly, even during the busy lunch hour. The Ciabatta Cheesesteak cooked well-done was especially impressive, packed with flavor and cooked just right.
What truly set this visit apart was the excellent customer service. Our cashier, Carmen, was incredibly kind and attentive. She even took the extra step of highlighting the restroom access code on the receipt, which was thoughtful and genuinely helpful a small detail that shows how much this location cares about customer comfort and convenience.
If you’re looking for great food, friendly staff, and a smooth dining experience, this Panera Bread is definitely worth visiting. I highly recommend it and will absolutely be returning!

ZERO STARS if I could – ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I ordered a large order for myself and coworkers, total of 5 meals. Of those 5 meals, only 4 were delivered. The meal not delivered was my meal. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Liz who informed me that she could only offer me a refund for the cost of the meal $10.19 and little more $9.81 to cover the cost of the delivery/tip and it will take 7-10 business days before I see the refund. They could not replace the meal and send someone to deliver my lunch. So here I sit here at work without lunch while the rest of my co-workers enjoy their meals. Whoever is at this location should be doing a double-check of all delivery order to ensure ALL ITEMS are in the bag before sealing it up so that these types of things don’t happen. Panera should cover the cost of replacing a meal and cover the cost of the delivery on the day it occurs. Put better policies in place to make your paying customers happy. DO BETTER PANERA!!!

Sip club is what keeps me coming back, service and bathrooms are good. Food ranges from OK to meh. I like that they have plugs for most of the seats here, but the WiFi is not maintained so be prepared to use your mobile hotspot.

I stopped by to get my family their famous cinnamon crunch bagels and although they were out of them they compensated with me being able to replace them with other pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful, the establishment is well kept, and the aura is welcoming.

Ordered from the location online through the Panera website. My order was delivered on time and the food was great but I was missing the Hibiscus tea I ordered. I called the restaurant to see if they could possibly deliver the missing drink and to my surprise they showed up 30 mins later, drink in hand! I was expecting to get a phone call to discuss reimbursement for the missing item. Such a pleasant surprise. Much thanks!

The service is horrible! Ordered on the appt and when I got there the lady handed me the bag. I asked her is everything there, she said yes. Unfortunately everything wasn’t in the bag. Went back to the drive through and was giving such a hard time by the curly hair cashier. She was very defensive and argumentative. The supervisor came out to defuse the situation. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food was okay but with the service being a big fat 0, I would never return.

Went after I had an outpatient procedure and Carmen was wondering. She was very patient with us, especially me since I was woozy from anesthesia. She has great customer service skills.

I pull up to the driver thru intercom, wait for about 3 minutes for someone to ask for my order. I constantly say hello, to see if any is was there. I back up and pull up back to intercom and still no response. I then pull up to the window where I see 2 female workers. They noticed me but still ignored me.
