My husband and I were staying in the area of stopped by for dinner. We ordered our food to go so we could eat at our hotel. The red was busy but not packed. It was fairly clean but not tidy. The menu offers quite a variety of food options- salads, soups, and sandwiches as well as combo options to mix and match. I got the large Southwest chicken salad which was very tasty and I was happy with it. My husband got a sandwich and side of chili and said he was happy with the chili since that can be tricky to get right in a large scale. The cookies were very yummy- I highly recommend the kitchen sink cookie which hit the spot!!!!

Ordered bagel, coffee, and cream cheese in the drive thru. I got no knife or utensil to spread the cream cheese. I’m trying to eat this on the road, so that didn’t help. But more importantly. When does A blueberry bagel actually get more then one blue berry? I mean come on, at $7.38 for just a coffee, bagel, and cream cheese you could put more than one. Seriously, I would rather go to an independent donut shop. You get more for your buck. See attached photos. There’s just a few blue berries but it might as well be one… See for yourself.

Nice app always quick iPads to order open concept everywhere. Tables my opinion and seating my opinion to open concept might I suggest some partition dividers installed so there are some closed more private dining and some that are open. Feels more warm inviting and nicer currently gives cafeteria vibes

I’m very disappointed with the service I received on 11/7/2025 at 6:40 am at City of Industry Panera Location. I ordered 1 and a half dozen bagels for a 7 am office meeting. I scheduled a pick up at 6:30-6:40 a.m pick up time. When I arrived at 6:30 am my order was not ready until 6:50 a.m. The female manager had no sense of urgency or tried to expedite my order. When I finally got my order the bagels were in clear plastic bags. The presentation was unexpected and this left me scrambling to figure out how to serve the bagels in a presentable fashion. My carpool guest and I were 5 minutes late. Very embarrassing. From now on I’ll take my company’s business elsewhere even if it will be out of my way.

I placed an order for a Bagel Pack through the app, and there was an option to have the bagels sliced and toasted. I received the bagels sliced, but they were cold, along with the cream cheese. I spoke with the kitchen manager, who is of Latino descent, and he said he couldn’t heat them up for me. Then I spoke with the cashier, and they also refused to warm the bagels. As a Latina myself, I felt this was an act of discrimination. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Este lugar no es para latino .

I am really happy that they offer drive thru and that they only moved a few stores over. However, you must be patient when it comes to ordering from drive-thru. It definitely takes longer than an ordinary fast food place. The staff is always so friendly and go above and beyond.
