Great new location. Fantastic friendly service. Everyone is professional and polite. We go in frequently since we joined the Sip Club. It’s a great deal and we get coupons. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. The salads are particularly good. Especially the Strawberry salad. We love this place.

Okay. This review is gonna be a little different. I used to really like eating here when I thought I could eat gluten. I would always get a tuna sandwich (it tastes so fresh and I like the bit of saltiness the bread has) but, since learning that I can’t order that anymore, I haven’t been able to eat here. Unless you count the salad someone got me the other day but that’s no sandwich lol. The salad was good. Better than Subway I’d say (never had a Subway salad till recently either). I just really wish they had gluten free bread. For a place that is supposed to be healthy, at least that’s what it seems like they are trying to do, they don’t have gluten free options. I’m gluten and dairy free (not by choice, i’m allergic). Please make some gluten free bread ! Thanks.

Are These Bagels or Fashion Accessories? – Panera, Chino Preserve
I stopped by the Panera at Chino Preserve, hoping to grab a decent bagel, but instead, I was picked something that looked more like a bangle than breakfast. Seriously, I’ve seen thicker rubber bands. lol…
Not only were these bagels absurdly thin, but they were also dry, tough, and completely devoid of that satisfying chew a real bagel should have. It’s as if someone left them out in the sun for a week, then decided, “Yeah, this is good enough.” Spoiler alert: It’s not.
Panera, I love you, but if I wanted something this flimsy, I’d just toast a piece of cardboard. Do better

Update 3 months later:
This is still my favorite Panera. I visit other Paneras in my area often, and this one has the best environment in terms of space, ambience, and smell. The air condition is strong enough to keep cooking scent away throughout the day, but is not too strong that makes the place cold. Just right!

This Panera Pine Ave, Chino replaced my pick-up order that I was unable to get from Panera on CityCenter Dr. Chino due to the opening manager over sleeping I presume. These employees are caring and kind. They even write little thank you notes , happy holidays and have a nice day ❣️

The staff was very polite and patient, th atmosphere is pretty quiet but also pretty loud(i.e. not enough to be so loud but also not dead quiet). The food was good, though, some foods can use maybe a bit more of this and that. Nonetheless, it was a good experience for me at Panera Bread

Very delicious!! I got the cheddar broccoli soup and a half turkey bacon sandwich and added avocado. I also got a tropical green smoothie and a cinnamon roll for later. Everything was delicious. All ingredients were really fresh and the sauce was tasty. Restaurant was very clean. I also used the app to order and they gave me five dollars off for signing up, which is awesome.
