Yesterday my business partner and I walked in to the Panera on Golden Valley in Santa Clarita around 9:30am. We approached the cashier to place our order since there were no customers in front of us. As we approached the cashier told us that she would be back and proceeded to head to the back of the store out of sight. We patiently waited at least 5 minutes for the cashier to come back as the other store employees kept going back and forth from the front to te back of the store without anyone taking our order. After waiting for someone for over 5 minutes we decided to leave. I am writing this review not to get anyone in trouble, but to use this as a training moment. To the store manager, one of your policies should be that if you have a customer ready to place their order that you have someone readily available yo fo so. A customer should never be left unattended as long as we did. It was unprofessional and unnecessary.

We ordered delivery from this Panera location on a Friday night, and it almost couldn’t have been worse. Each of us ordered different items and there were problems with every single item that was delivered, not to mention missing items.
I ordered the autumn squash soup. It didn’t come with the roasted pumpkin seeds that are supposed to be on it.
I ordered a toasted garden Caprese, which barely had any of the caprese cheese on it… You know the main ingredient.
We ordered the balsamic greens with grains. For some reason this item wasn’t included with the delivery.
We ordered mac & cheese. For some reason this item wasn’t included with our delivery.
We ordered creamy tomato soup. It didn’t come with the croutons it’s supposed to come with.
Of course, mistakes happen sometimes, but it’s especially unfortunate when it’s a delivery order when there’s really no recourse, outside of just getting a refund, to fix these mistakes.
All three of us didn’t get what we wanted and we were relying on this delivery to take care of dinner since we had to be somewhere later and had no time or wiggle room to fix or come up with something different by the time the order arrived.
Extremely disappointed.

The restaurant was not busy and the Panera staff just hung out behind the counter and chatted away.
The atmosphere was not pleasant while eating surrounded by dirty tables as you can see from the pictures. THERE WERE over 15 dirty tables with dishes and others with food on them.
I recommend you going to another place for a sandwich if what you are looking for is to spend some time eating with family or friends.
It was uncomfortable and embarrassing.
Get your act together Panera !

Great employees, solid food, but terrible WiFi. It often connects and then disconnects. When it is connected it is very slow. The employees are aware that the WiFi is awful. I visit this location often, so I’ll update this review if this changes.

Update #2: 10:20am. Ordered with app sitting at table with co-worker. We could not connect to internet…we kept trying…we picked up our food and realized my soup was missing bread…the guy working food counter asked for my receipt so I went back to get it. My co worker was missing his drink. Everytime I went back for items they had left out he kept looking at me like it was my mistake when it was his! Then we went to counter where the Hispanic ladies were all in a circle talking with their backs towards the counter…so I entered the counter (yes thats when they noticed me!) and asked what they can do to help me? I asked if they had internet or problems and she said “no internet” and turned her back on me. I asked her do you know when it will start working, and she said no and turned her back and continued talking with her co workers. I guess it depends on what staff are working as I’ve had wonderful service with some and some don’t care.
Don’t get grilled cheese sandwich not worth it.
*Update #1: Saturday the day before Easter Sunday…busy…the crew was rocking the order and prep station. The hiring is so much better as the employees are doing so great. Got to change my 2 star review to 5 stars after patronizing several times and had a better experience.

It don’t matter how long or far of a hike you take a overnight hike or just a day hike it’s well worth it and so beautiful. Lone Pine lake is a great day hike to take if your looking for a short beautiful hike done that hike a few times ! Don’t for get to grab a burger after your hike they are awesome but skip the fries they are nasty!

The manager is rude and hateful if you don’t speak Spanish. Does not keep bar items full and complains at white guest if they bring their own cups for their sip cup. Mind you the website encourages the use of your own cups and why would you want to contribute to more waste. All well Spanish speaking patrons come with half gallon and gallon yetis and nothing is said to them.
