The food is always excellent however both male and female bathrooms needed to be cleaned they both had paper towels on the ground where patrons had not put them in the garbage can. I had chicken noodle soup and a chicken Caesar salad sandwich. The chicken noodle soup was more broth than noodles however the server quickly added lots of noodles and chicken once I mentioned it. The sandwiches were excellent the macaroni and cheese which my friend had looked great. My date just added a little pepper and salt for seasoning for her palate. Mall parking. Spent under $40 for two people which was great. The hot chocolate was very tasty. It would be nice if you could have refills on the hot chocolate. The staff was friendly and inviting. All-n-all good night of eating. Sign “I TRIED IT”

The food was good but a little pricey. I ordered the broccoli cheddar and it was nice and hot and creamy with a piece of bread that appeared to be broken off or torn from the loaf as opposed to being cut with a knife. Interesting. I also enjoyed a Chicken Ceaser Salad. The chicken was moist and tender and the greens were crisp and crunchy. : p Also ordered was Green Goddess Cobb Salad w Chicken. Which I might say had a nice pile of avocado sitting beautifully atop bacon bits and hard boiled egg. Enjoy friends. : )

The service at this particular P/B tanked, and tanked fast.
A couple months ago everything was really good. Today, it’s trash, sadly.
You’d get better service from a McDonalds in South Central, I feel.
Needless to say, I wont be returning to this P/B, even though it is the closest one to my home.

I personally won’t be coming back to this location for food at least as my Greek salad smelled old and spoiled when I opened it out of the container. I thought maybe it was something else and prepared my salad by putting the dressing on and shaking it up , I took my first 2 bites and tried to swallow was unable to as something inside tasted really bad. I had to spit it it out. The customer service was great as the staff assure my rewards weee applied without me having to ask and she gave me options so I could make the best choice for what I wanted to eat today. Apart from the salad my broccoli cheddar soup was a little water but still tasty and great hot temperature. The mango lemonade there was made perfectly.

Citrus Asian Crunch Salad with Chicken was delicious! The restaurant staff at the Panera Bread at the SouthBay Pavilion Mall in Carson, CA were efficient and friendly. Restaurant very clean!
