Came here for the first time couple days ago, like how inside is spacious. Love how u can either order at the counter or from the “standing ipads” (not sure what its called lol). Also great customer service. I ordered a Blueberry bagel with cream cheese

Today I decided to go alone and place an order for my first time. I was lost. I didn’t know how to order. Daniel helped me out. I purchased the Unlimited Sip and he explained how it works. I made sure to let the people behind me go first because I knew I had a few questions and didn’t want to hold up the line.
He quickly looked up my number and took my order. He explained the bowls/dishes as well. I made my choice and had an over all pleasant experience. It didn’t feel like I was talking to someone just working there. The fact he was genuine in helping me out is the reason I’ll be going back from now on. I was intimidated by ordering, but this guy made the difference. I enjoyed the food as well.

On a side note. I read the negative reviews. Please be patient and understanding. As I was waiting for my food, I got a glimpse of rest of the staff. They look very busy.
We just need to be kind. You never know what kind of day they’re having. Be a nice human.

Long story short, item that has fair value was the value duet, that’s not worth the money for what you get, unless you have a coupon code. I have a reward from Panera after so many visits and it gave me a free item. I decide to go with something that I never ordered before because I’m always curious if I should waste money on that. It’s the fruit and yogurt parfait, for$6.39. luckily for me this is a one-time thing because I will never spend my room money on it. The portion size for $6.39 it is equivalent to a store-bought chobani yogurt which would priced at$1.50. I do have a sip club subscription so I got the coffee for free. Normally the coffee and the parfait would cause $11.00, I’m not sure if regular people would eat it like that everyday then complain that they don’t make enough money to live. I finished this thing in 4 bite. Definitely not worth it, I will stick with the breakfast sandwich next time.

We always enjoy Panera Bread, this location is our favorite to visit in the area. Our favorite is the pick two, we order the broccoli cheddar soup and the chipotle chicken avocado melt. Also try their mango smoothie which is our favorite to order always. Overall good experience and friendly staff.

Another Panera, another disappointment. I ordered the cobb salad, which already comes with avocado included, and I’m served no avocado. Shift manager brings me avocado in a cup, apologizes and offers a free pastry. Nice gesture, but I don’t eat sweets. I look down at the cup and see avocado with brown parts. I know I’m complaining about avocado, but if the staff, including the shift manager, feels it’s okay to serve brown avocado to guests, how low are the standards for other ingredients?

They charge a lot for their food. And apparently don’t even care to make it properly anymore. I ordered cinnamon crunch bagels and most of them barely had any of the coating that’s supposed to cover the entire top. Look at this, disgraceful.

I literally had just finished arriving home, when I found out that half of my sandwich was on the bottom of the bag and was a mess the wrap wasn’t even taped around the sandwich and was basically unwrapped. I’m not one to complain but I was having a great day and to find out my food was all over my bag really just ruined it.
