Our first visit to Panera Bread exceeded all expectations! We tried a variety of their menu items – the Italian sandwich paired perfectly with the tomato soup, while the turkey sandwich with potato soup was equally satisfying. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and we couldn’t resist finishing our meal with their freshly-baked cookies.
What really stood out was how everything tasted both delicious AND wholesome. The ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality. The staff deserves special recognition too – they patiently answered all our first-timer questions and made excellent recommendations.
The warm, welcoming atmosphere combined with great food and service makes this Panera location a new favorite. We’ll definitely be returning soon to explore more of their menu!

I having been coming to this location for a little while now, at least once a week. I usually don’t review/rate large corporations because I have a feeling that they could care less about my one single review. But in this era of rising prices and where bang-for-buck isn’t really a thing anymore maybe something might change.
Atmosphere 4⭐️: Very relaxed. And it’s not huge. When I go it’s sometimes busy but not overly so. I like the feel.
Cleanliness: 2.5⭐️ It seems that most every time I come, maybe about 80% of the time, I have to wipe down my own table of the crumbs from the people before me. And a couple of times I’ve been here right after opening and the tables were still a little dirty quite possibly from the day before. And every table that I’ve sat at the surface is sticky. I don’t think this is from food, but quite possibly the varnish on the wood table top that was used. But it seems dirty. I really think they need to refinish them. It seems that most of the other parts of the restaurant is clean.
Service: 4.5⭐️ Most everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly. Which is nice.
Food Quality and taste: 1.5⭐️ Although other days the rating would be higher, today gets 1.5 stars. I normally get an Asiago bagel with butter. The butter comes in packets and you spread yourself, which I don’t have a problem with. But I do have a problem with the butter never being at room temperature to make it spreadable. It’s always super cold. So I have to warm it in my hands, meanwhile, the bagel gets cold.
The bagel normally looks round, kind of donut like, with Asiago baked in all over the top. Today, the bagel was definitely smaller. It was domed on top, kind of looked like a boob. The cheese was melted in a smaller portion in the center (see picture). A sorry excuse for a bagel. When I picked it up at the window I asked the girl in the kitchen if this was a bagel and she just kind of smirked and shrugged her shoulders. I didn’t return it because I thought I’d use it to write this review. The taste was just ok but the outer portion tasted like a plain bagel because it didn’t have cheese. Imagine ordering a pizza at your favorite pizza place and they only put cheese in the center 8 inches of your 16 inch pizza. Not cool.
Price/value: 2⭐️ I find this place normally on the higher side of pricing with most of their items but not outrageous. However, a bagel will not break the bank if any customer. But today of all days I noticed the price was ten cents higher. That’s a 5% increase. I understand that prices go up. But do they have to go up when the quality and size goes down? That is just very aggravating. At least they are not charging for the butter.
Summary: Overall my experience was OK. Will I come back? Most likely. Unless today’s mishaps become a recurring thing. Then I’ll just go buy a bagel at my favorite bakery and eat it at home.

Last time I spend money here. Kristine and her staff are incapable of double checking the order to make sure it’s correct. This happens just about every time I order here. Side item will be missing or something I paid to add on. Ofcourse I should’ve checked before leaving and having to drive back, but it was an avocado toast plus a folded egg. You would think they could get this right, no chance. Then she starts making excuses about how she wasn’t there to double check, she was elsewhere. I asked about the food expeditor and why he didn’t double check right before giving me the bag. Starts making excuses how he wasn’t there 15 minutes ago. I had to correct her and let her know that’s the exact person who handed me the food. I have eyes that work, not like the staff there who can’t read a ticket to save their lives! Bad service fore basic food makes it an easier decision to dine elsewhere.

We stopped here for breakfast and a half dozen bagels while traveling through the area. The egg white avocado was very tasty. Kudos to the staff for being friendly and helpful, especially Ellen who took our order.

Food was good as always, tables we’re a little messy but at the time I went I understood the lunch rush and things. Couldn’t give higher stars due to when I was eating my soup, I found a bone sliver in the chicken. I put it on a napkin and gave it to the cashier. I went yesterday 1/10/26 around 1:15pm. Everyone was nice but definitely might want to pay attention a bit more in the kitchen/prep.

This is my first time coming here. My girl has been here before not at this specific location, but at the franchise in general, we got the chicken, cob salad, green goddess, and the chipotle chicken sandwich. The salad was good. The sandwich was OK. The meat could’ve been a little more warmer in the bread was a tad bit soggy other than that it was still delicious. But I gotta say, if not the food I will most definitely be returning solely due to our cashier Elyn. She had great personality very observant, patient and well spoken. The only reason I didn’t make any complaints about the food was because how nice she and sweet she was because I’m definitely a hard critique on foods because I’ve been a chef for the last 15 years so I tend to be a little aggressive on how I like my food cooked and if it’s not cooked right, I’m gonna send it back every time the front of the house lady was so nice. I didn’t even wanna do that. But I most definitely will be returning solely for the good lives that I got from Elyn. And for the cooks in the back is sandwiches and salads so let’s get it right next time, but it was still good.

RIP off! Bought 2 full size cold sandwiches. Totally over priced for the amount and quality of the food. One was half a sandwich and the other a thin poor offering with very little tuna. Would have returned these if hadn’t walked back to our hotel before opening the bag. First time there and won’t be going back. The photo is the full chicken sandwich, cost $12. Terrible value

They circumvent the Panera system so my pager never beeped. Eventually I had to go in and ask for the food. Then they omitted the cookie I ordered and paid for. When I asked about it they said it was out of stock. So why was it not out of stock in the ordering system then? The ordering system is capable of marking other things as out of stock, for example tina salad was marked as out of stock.
