I ordered salad. Old wilted lettuce. Chunk of the core in the salad. Wilted slimy greens. The turkey looked thrown onto one side. I was already too far away to go back when I opened the salad. The piece of bread was just tossed into the paper bag. The look I got when I corrected the drive thru person about my drink order should have been a give away of the quality of the food. I will go to what-a-burger next time I’m in the area.

Do NOT order the baguettes !!! My husband thought it looked good and in the picture you can see what he got. The cheese on there is ALL that was on the sandwich. The pepperoni was hard . The bread was hard as a rock and he chipped a tooth on it !!!!

The breakfast sandwich I ordered was good, but I went to this location because it’s closer to my workplace. They don’t sell soufflés. Why not? To make it worse, it’s on the outdoor menu. Additionally, it took about 5 minutes at the window before someone asked for payment and got my order. Maybe they’re short-staffed.

I ordered a bowl of French onion soup online and went through the driveup to pick it up. The kid at the drive through was way too busy joking with his friends to even make eye contact with me. I picked up my order and pulled into a parking space to make sure I got utensils, etc. there were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot so they were not busy. I got almost refrigerator cold soup, 3 tiny croutons in a bag and no cheese so I went back through the drive through and explained to the kid what the problem was. He took my order back and handed me another after about 5 min. I checked this bag before I drove off and I got lukewarm soup, still no cheese and no croutons this time so I had to get his attention AGAIN. He was irritated by now and finally got the order right (except the soup was still lukewarm.) I decided to cut my losses and just warm it up elsewhere. Very disappointed!

Went through the drive thru. When I got home, the full toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich was all bread! Very little steak and cheese. The little bit of cheese was melted hard. The sandwich looked nothing like the picture. I requested avocado on the sandwich but didn’t get any. The other items we ordered were mediocre at best. Too expensive for what we got!

I order my sandwiches from here of uber eats and it’s the same sandwich I have every single time, the BBQ chicken sandwich, and I got them and they both had ABSOLUTELY NO BBQ sauce on them at all. How is that a BBQ chicken with no BBQ sauce. And when I complained thru the app they said oh well we will refund you for one sandwich in 10 days but not both. I don’t want the sandwich when it’s not what I ordered. If it was regular BBQ sauce then yea it’s still messed up that it wasn’t made correctly but I could add it myself since I was at home (which not everyone is) but it’s not regular BBQ and that’s why I love it so much. So I highly doubt I will ever order from this specific location again. I have never had any issues at any other location.

Staying at hotel next door and decided to order some food. Order a bagel, for whatever reason they felt I didn’t need it sliced so they didn’t slice it for me. Second I ordered a pick 2 soup and grilled cheese. A grilled cheese to me should be that, grilled! The sandwich was barley grilled, bread still white. Very disappointed with the sandwich and their lack of common sense that most people want their bagel sliced.
