Best experience ever at a Panera Bread. One employee stood out his name is Koston. He was all over the restaurant addressing any ones needs including taking your dirty dishes away and clearing your table. Staff at the front extremely helpful! Great Job!!!

Nobody greeted me when I came in. When I stood at the counter there was a staff member wiping down the bakery section never said a word to me. Cashier never said a word even when I stood in front of him. Cashier must’ve been special needs which he should not have been at the front counter. He got my bagels stuck in the cutter and imperfect still gave them to me in one single bread plastic bag and handed it to me did not put it in a brown Panera bread bag. Placed my receipt on the counter and walked away. On top of that what I was looking for was not in stock. I was looking for fresh raisin bread since it is a bakery that sells bread and there wasn’t any. This was my first time in years and I am a member and stop coming for the quality and now this. This has ruined my energy for the day I can’t shake it. This is the second time and if you’re ordering you can literally stand at the back pick up counter and they will not say be right with you, what’s your order nothing. It took 30 mins last time for them to toast my bagel. It’s too expesive for this poor quailty and mistreatement. I will not be back.

Our family always loves to go to Panera for a quick bite. There’s something for everybody here. Good menu, non greasy food, great options for health enthusiasts and even for vegetarians. It’s busy but not crowded, staff are friendly and service is fast. We haven’t tried the drive in at this place yet but they do have a drive in. If you are looking for a healthy quick bite in a clean place with courteous staff then this might be the place for you.

Paid $15 for Teriyaki Chicken and broccoli bowl through Door Dash. The bowl was 1/4 full as opposed to the picture that was a nice full bowl. salad was good, nothing special.

Our Smoky Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches didn’t have any chicken. I drove 10+ miles and spent $57+ to only get 2 blanked sandwiches. See photos. Also, added a baguette to the order and it was a part of a baguette, not whole. How does food service get away with this?

Was miss leading..New item said.. pepperoni and cheese on a bun and a salad. Cost was over $10.00… They gave me sandwich & potato chips. I I argued of what they had advertised but they did not give me my Little Caesars salad. The the sandwich was so awful I couldn’t even eat it tasted just like a pepperoni pizza. Will never go there again.

If you want chicken broth and not chicken soup and don’t want bread with your bowl you should go here. Got home and opened my bag and LAUGHED. Just go get a container at Fry’s at least they include other ingredients. The manager Rebecca seemed unaware when I called her & unconcerned – not offering up a refund, apology or anything but mostly awkward silence until I hung up.
