Got Mac and cheese in a bread bowl, soup and a smoothie. For starters the smoothie was full of small and sharp plastic pieces! As seen in the picture it looks like someone dropped a lid in the blender and blended it. If this was a child drinking this it could have ended very bad. Second the Mac and cheese came without a bread bowl. Absolutely never coming back to this branch. I called them about the plastic and the lady simply said I don’t know how that happened and not let me check our equipment…I had to suggest they check there equipment when she said she’s not sure what she can do….How about make sure it doesn’t happen again to ANYONE, a simple check of the blender before blended could have avoided all this. The smoothie was literally full of it with every sip. I know we are human and make mistakes but this one needed to be brought to attention so no one mistakes PLASTIC for strawberry seeds in a smoothie. I did get offered a refund and refused it because at this point it’s more about safety then money.

Was miss leading..New item said.. pepperoni and cheese on a bun and a salad. Cost was over $10.00… They gave me sandwich & potato chips. I I argued of what they had advertised but they did not give me my Little Caesars salad. The the sandwich was so awful I couldn’t even eat it tasted just like a pepperoni pizza. Our family always loves to go to Panera for a quick bite. There’s something for everybody here. Good menu, non greasy food, great options for health enthusiasts and even for vegetarians. It’s busy but not crowded, staff are friendly and service is fast. We haven’t tried the drive in at this place yet but they do have a drive in. If you are looking for a healthy quick bite in a clean place with courteous staff then this might be the place for you.

I would rate zero if I could. Just pulled up behind five cars. After sitting there not moving for ten minutes, all the cars in front of us left. We left as well, called the store no one answered. What a waste of time. No one was helping the person waiting to order. Won’t be returning.
