First time visiting this cafe in Surprise at Litchfield and I couldn’t be more happier. The minute I walked in I felt so welcomed by the staff. The staff were all so friendly and the cafe looked clean, tidy and felt like somewhere I could sit down for hours.
I ordered a pick 2 and the food was delicious. Food was ready very quickly and hot. Definitely recommend going to this cafe, it will not disappoint you. Great staff. Very clean.

Great experience at the Litchfield Panera bread tonight. Staff were super friendly and cafe was very clean. Food came out quickly and warm. General Manager Susan came around and made sure I was happy with my order and asked if I needed anything additional. Great service and highly recommend this cafe.

The last several times I have ordered a full Caesar salad with chicken from this Panera they only fill the container half full. In addition, they make it protocol to also put the salad dressing into the container,. This causes them to put even less of the salad ingredients into the container – especially as in my case, I order extra dressing. I contacted the customer service line for Panera several times and have told him of this issue. I told them today when this happened that the store is not getting that information over to the them or the store manager is not addressing this Issue since it keeps happening.

For some reason delivering is better than ordering at store (Food wise atleast). I got the basil blt sandwich half and French onion soup cup. Not that great for the price. I also got a meduim drink (the teas are always good) and you get a free side i choose the baguette, everything came out to 17.18. The service was great though really like the guy with colorful hair and piercings! Service was fast and inviting. Very clean.

Paid for my food waited at the waiting area. The boy with the long hair working the kitchen was extremely nice and well spoken to the older couple that got their food before me. But I got the whole other side of the coin. He threw my bag on the counter high enough so it made a sound for me to look, made no eye contact, did not call out the order just threw my bag on the counter. After about 10 seconds of me standing there confused he looks up at me grabs my bag and throws it AGAIN further to the edge of the counter and said “your food” then completely ignored me again when I grabbed the food still giving him the benefit of the doubt and told him I hope he has a wonderful day. Continued to completely ignore me and start talking to his co worker. Do younger people not get treated with respect Panera bread only seniors? As someone that has trained staff consistently about customer service and the importance of it this was really a let down I expected better. I love Panera Bread but that was terrible and I would much rather drive a longer distance if it means I get some genuine customer service and not treated like I’m less than the customers before me. First and last time coming to this location.

The food portions are so small for as much as you pay. I was still hungry after eating the pick 2 meal. It was basically like a kids meal. Mac and cheese was maybe a cup worth and the chicken salad was put on with a little ice cream scoop. Plus the chicken salad was not a good texture.

I refuse to order from here again I ordered a tuna sandwich that was absolutely covered in tuna wet and soggy and they expect me to just take a coupon voucher ? When it was multiple sandwiches? Then to drench my husband’s to go salad with the aioli sauce instead of putting it on the side ? No one can eat their food? And a coupon is supposed to help ? Ya right

I recently visited Panera Bread at this location with high expectations, especially because of an amazing experience at another branch, where I had the best sandwich of my life and wonderful service. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing.
The food quality was not up to par; my sandwich tasted off and left me feeling nauseous throughout the night, causing me to lose sleep. My husband, who was driving, also noticed cleanliness issues in the kitchen and was not impressed with his meal either, stating he would rather go elsewhere.
Additionally, the service was not as friendly or attentive as at the other location. The young female staff member at the drive-thru had an attitude that impacted our experience. Of course, experiences may vary for others, but this was our specific visit.
I felt bad leaving a negative review, but honest feedback is important. Given this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location.
I hope this helps the restaurant improve for future visits.

Panera is my all-time favorite place to eat. I could eat there every day. My husband and I have had lots of lunch and dinner dates at this location. We’ve tried the Prasada location and it is nice as well, but this location is a lot bigger. The food is always delicious. I miss the fruit punch that they used to have at the soda fountain, but I’m sure that was a decision by Corporate to remove it. Aside from that, I definitely recommend Panera and all of their high quality menu items.
