I keep trusting Panera in Surpise for a great meal. I keep getting met with disappointment. The quality of service and attention to detail need some attention. The sandwich and the cookie were great. We will save the soup. The fruit cup was the issue on this visit. I went to open the packaging and as I was looking at what kind of fruit was in the cup, I observed a fly crawling around on the pineapple. I really hope the customer service and quality assurance gets looked at in Panera of Surprise.

This is ridiculous. I ordered a Smoky Buffalo chicken melt sandwich & it had no dam chicken!!! It was also so nasty & for the amount that I paid. This is not fair at all. I’m really disappointed with this. I really hope someone will reach out to me because it’s not fair that they did this as my order was to take out.

Not sure how the person who made my sandwich thought it was acceptable to serve to anyone! I ordered a green goddess caprese sandwich that had barely ANY toppings on it. An $11 sandwich that looked like it was made by a toddler. As much as Panera is charging customers, you’d think they could at least provide quality food. I wasted time, gas and money. Won’t make that mistake again.

I’ve been to most Panera locations in AZ and this one is in the lowest tier in drink quality. Their drinks, especially their Bubly, taste extremely stale like they have never cleaned the filters. Its been this way for months. The food quality and prep is decent other than that. If the drink quality improves, I’ll totally fix this review.

Super disappointed, I used GrubHub to order a grilled cheese with tomato soup, soup is wonderful and flavorful but the grilled cheese is literally warmed bread and cheese. Soggy, not grilled at all. I dunno who made it and thought “yep that’s good” but nope it wasn’t. I’m at work cannot get it corrected but I definitely won’t order a grilled sandwich from here again.

1st time there was for dinner and was fine. Went 2nd time for breakfast, hardly any egg, asked for bacon, forgot bacon, one slice avocado, no cheese. Basically ate more bread if anything. Not asking for a lot but a decent proportioned breakfast sandwich. Very stingy! Will stick to Kneaders breakfasts!!

Worst Mother’s Day ever. Margarita pizza missing basil and not even cut. French onion soup with no croutons or cheese, no forks given, small portions for the price. Asian chicken salad with no chicken. Bad service who didn’t apologize and got mad when I nicely asked for them to fix it. They fixed it by tossing some basil on the cold uncut pizza, gave me a cup of chicken to put in the salad, and a pinch of cheese in the soup and told me they were out of croutons. Incredibly unprofessional.

Worst experience ever at a panera! Ordered online, went in to pick it up. Double-checked it before I left to make sure as I was driving 3.5 hours away. There was something that seemed to be incorrect, so I tried to question it and understand if I Miss placed it online. As I’m asking the takeout young lady, the manager (Courtney) rudely jumps into the conversation and says she will remake it. Okay, no problem, but I was just wanting, i understand still.
