Close to no chicken on the pesto chicken ciabatta dipper. I was excited to try it and though it tastes good, it’s closer to flavored bread than a sandwich. Huge disappointment when buying lunch.

This was a refreshing change for Panera’s in general as of late. Clean, music at the perfect volume, efficient service. I ordered a coffee and cookie and one of the workers actually brought it to me as I was putting down my laptop on the table I chose. When I went to the bathroom, the table was already cleared off and wiped down before I got out. Even the other patrons were nice. Great visit!

We placed a large order for 23 people the day of our high school’s basketball game at Marcos De Niza down the street. We usually call and plan an order in advance, but the original food we planned to get did not work out. I was worried it may be alot to place the order for 23 people. I started the order online and could not figure out how to write the girls name for their individual order. I panicked a little and called the store. I talked to Chandler to ask how to do this. He talked me through it and I could not figure it out, so he let me know that I could place the order online and then they could add the names on their end if I give that information to them.
Before our game stopped by to give them our order list with names. When I walked in, Joshua immediately knew I was there with the girls’ names for our large order. I was so impressed that Chandler had conveyed this information and that Joshua was so attentive as soon as I walked in the store. I gave Joshua our order list with each girls name next to their order.
I came back to pick up the order 3 hours later and the order was PERFECT. Each girl had a bag with their order and their names on it. All of the food was ready to go and they gave us large bags to easily transport the food. Joshua was friendly and suggested we contact their catering manager and we can order through the manager in the future.
I was so stressed about this order being right and getting the correct item to each girl. The online ordering was easy, the store employees were fabulous and the girls loved the food.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this experience and how grateful I am that it went so smoothly.
THANK YOU to Chandler, Joshua and team!! The Saguaro Girls Basketball Team is extremely grateful! We will be back next time we play Marcos De Niza 🙂

The order came very quick at this location, I was wondering if they pack them ahead of time. My friend ordered a tuna sandwich and she placed her order just before I did . By the time I was ordering, her order was ready . I ordered a soup and same tuna sandwich ( they have a special for $ 6.99 ) and my order came in maybe after three minutes. The tuna was good although a little salty . I also ordered a Blueberry Lavender Lemonade which tasted nothing like lavender . Sorry , but this one did not pass the test – it tasted like chemicals , I could not drink it all. Overall, the food was good .

Several of us in line trying to purchase the advertised special for buy an entire get a cup of soup for $1.00. The cashier basically told us that the offer doesn’t exist, sorry but false advertising. Pretty sure Panera has already been sued once for this. They truly need to shape up! I personally wouldn’t go back when they blatantly send out adds and do not honor them!

The food we ordered came out to $77 and was not worth it all. The flat bread pizza I ordered for my kids was mad weak. The sauce was the kinda sauce from Chef Bayordi. The Mac and Cheese was watery and I ordered it with bacon, but came with hair. The Spicy Chicken my wife had was just shredded chicken. My kids usually, like any kind of pizza but I think Red Barron is better that what Paners has. Overall, the food was nasty and gross. NOT COOL. Oh, and the smoothies we ordered were supposed to be Mango but got something else entirely. Idk but whom ever likes, eating at Panera does not not what good food is.

This Panera bread is awful their management should be changed as I told her that another Panera breads have the bulletin board for the community events and she told me they don’t do it here because they don’t have any room I told her they do have room in here I love your corporate philosophy and the label that you have for homeless it should be in all the Panera breads your manager in there sucks she is not willing to listen. To any feedback and she made.me feel unwelcomed this is the last time I step into this Panera bread I hope they shut it down and people realize their improvement that needs to be done in here

So freaking delicious. I’ve only ate here one other time but I ordered to go. This time my son and I went in sat down. They have self check out now, still do delivery or curb side pickup. The place is clean, social distancing and masks are required. Now about the food… So good! They have pizza now, my son had the flatbread cheese pizza and the sauce is to die for the whole thing is. I had a turkey sandwich. It was so pretty that I remembered to take a picture first before diggin’ in.

The store looks like it was built in 1989 and hasn’t been cleaned or updated since. The dining room is dirty and worn. There is no one to help you and you are forced to use the difficult kiosks which barely work. Apparently all the pagers have been stolen to let you know when your order is ready. The ordering, waiting and pick up area is poorly laid out and makes no sense. There are zero Christmas decorations up and no smiles to be given here.
