Their staff is always amazing and that’s what makes it all five stars but the food is healthier than most other shops… Love the sourdough and the story behind it… That they’re donating the left over bread everyday… Love the Sip Club… Love the music mix… Love the asiago bagels and the stackers! Definitely love the 15 calorie option for a healthy drink with the hibiscus pomegranate and mixing the mango green tea with the sparkling bubble lime… Salads, soups are not worthy as well…

The place is ok for the budget, once I had someone’s hair in my salad, once it was a piece of plastic packaging from some dressing. We still go here once a week for three years now because this food is healthier than fast food and most similar places. Don’t expect high quality here but it does the job. Check your food if nothing is in there.

Great customer service providing quality food, fast! They are quick to compensate the order if something is missing. Coffee beats more expensive offerings in other locations. Best value eatery in downtown Scottsdale.

I received a gift card to Panera bread. The first day I went in and I got this kind of steak cheese dip sandwich. It was delicious, and I thought all their sandwiches would be similar to that. But they are not! I went back just two days later and got another sandwich which was a steak cheesy melt (no dip), and I bought the small half size, and this time I actually gave a tip, even though it was a pickup it. It was an extreme disappointment. It was the wimpiest amount of meat and cheese inside. The bun outsize it by 15 times or more what was inside. I’d like my money and the TIP back! I guess it doesn’t pay to tip. That half sandwich, again a half of a sandwich, cost me over $9. It was 8.99 plus tax. And it was that bad! And your chocolate croissant? You charged almost five bucks for that, and you can get a better one for $1.39 at Safeway. You should be ashamed of your products.

My son and I have been frequently to this location for the past month. Deborah, the manager and her team at this location are customer friendly and driven to satisfaction. Their service and accuracy of orders, as well as commitment to quality are superior! They have always welcomed us and treated us with appreciation for our loyalty to their restaurant. We love Panera, their people, food and prices.❤

I can only assume this location sees the worst of all segments of society because it’s bad enough when you have to pee and want to take your time placing your order but see the less than happy workers, try the bathroom door just to hope the keypad lock isn’t actually in service; but it is. Now the bladder is beyond unhappy and relieving oneself in the parking lot is a very real temptation.

Place an order, bladder screaming. While displaying my order confirmation screen to the worker, asking to please use the restroom: they ask for MY LAST NAME to CONFIRM before sharing the code.

JUST WOW.

food was fine. Take care Y’all.

I have eaten there the last couple of days because I’m working across the street. I love their chicken walnut salad and they have the best soups.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Panera. I got the pick 2 consisting of the chicken and wild rice soup and the chicken and bacon ranch sandwich. The food was OK, but I didn’t feel it was worth the money.

Their iced tea was terrible. Tasted old and/or like instant tea.
