We ordered two pick two combos and one salad. The order came to $47.19! This is way more than this food was worth. They were also out of Asiago bagels so they made our sandwiches on sesame seed bagels. We used the drive thru and it took a long time for them to take our order and to make our order. And they didn’t include any forks, spoons or napkins. I was also disappointed in the autumn squash soup because it was very sweet. Almost like a dessert. On a positive note, the lady that took our order was nice and she seemed to be trying hard. And, the bagel sandwiches had good flavor.

Kind of a hot mess they should have trained their staff.
Took us 25 minutes to get our food dining in and the soup was cold due to how they served it.
So either incrementally serve the food or … pour the soup last.
Instead the workers pour the soup which takes 30 seconds let let it sit on the counter as they struggle to figure out what’s in the sandwiches as the manager stands over them and watches and corrects (likely masses it stressful for the kids making them).
Food quality was great I’m sure they will figure it out this place is very new. Pro tip would be to serve the soup last as that’s super quick to serve once sandwiches are ready.
People working are super pleasant.
The vibe like all paneras is what you would expect nice for a fast casual in this segment.

I have never been to Panera before today. I had seen the ads for it and really wanted to give it a try. Someone had given me a gift card for it, so I was going to try dinner. I got the Italian sub, less a few ingredients. I dont like peppercinis. The manager was great to work with, as I was having an issue with the gift card. She figured it out and I left happy and delighted with the service and food.

The food was pretty good, but it took a long time to get our order, about 20 minutes longer than it said it would. They forgot 3 of the sides and put none of the right ingredients on the sandwich. The employees were nice.

Food was, simply put, not good. We ordered a couple of sandwiches, salads, a soup, and a muffin. The highlight of the meal was the muffin because it was pretty edible. Service was fine and they were doing the best they could with what they had. But as an extra special treat, all our clothes smelled like grease which was weird coming out of a soup and sandwich shop, and probably a sign of poor ventilation.
In the future, in a pinch, if no other restaurants were open and I really needed food, I would opt for a protein bar from a gas station.

These guy’s are extremely disorganized. They take too long to get food out and even then they’ll short you on your order. Tried to call to let them know they shorted my order and get no answer. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

We love Panera but were disappointed in how long it took to get our food after we ordered. After the 25+ minutes it took to get our food, the food itself was delicious! It is a smaller store so it was very loud and you sit very close to other tables which was not our favorite but the staff were very kind and helpful.

Did not even know this place was being built and I live only 10 minutes away! Very excited to get all the carbs in some Mac and cheese! Not been there yet, I went to taco bell and noticed the place. Only had panera in California before so I’m excited to have it here.

This Panera is the best ever made only so by their amazing employee Dominic!! He was probably the most pleasant, friendly, and genuinely nicest person I have ever met in a food establishment. He greeted right upon entering, took our order and was such a pleasure to speak with, he is the reason we will be returning. But, the food itself was amazing as we expected. The rest of the staff could take some lessons in customer service from him. He is amazing!
