This might be the worst breakfast place in Utah County. I had to basically gag my croissant down. It honestly felt like my croissant was made three days prior to me, ordering it. Save your money go to Einstein bagels. I also ordered a large soda cup and they gave me a small. Completely scammed me. I pray you see my review and save a buck.

Just had the French onion soup and Italian sandwich, both were very fresh tasting and delicious!
Also the staff were all so friendly. One girl in particular was attentively helping patrons throughout the restaurant. Such a kind human! All staff were great. Will definitely come back again!

Delicious, great prices, plenty of vegetarian options! I’ve already been multiple times since it opened. The staff are all super friendly, and everything I’ve tried on the menu so far has been amazing. I especially love their breakfast bagel sandwiches.

I had a good experience here today. The quality of their food is great. Their chili stands out. The service was adequate. I don’t much care for ordering from a kiosk…I prefer placing an order to an employee, but the restaurant does offer that option.
Overall, the restaurant doesn’t really stand out. Eating here reminds me of Zupas and Kneaders…so nothing spectacular.

Loving this new location close to home! It’s super quaint, welcoming, and inviting. The decor and ambiance is on point. They have employees checking in on tables and on your food, and even helping to clear your dishes.
I’ve always loved Panera Bread – their soups, salads, and pastries are on point every time I come in. More recently discovered their chocolate croissants O.M.G. – my newest favorite (ahem…addiction) and can eat more than 1, in one sitting .
Their balsamic chicken greens salad with grains is refreshing, and tasty – would get again. The ciabatta cheese steak sandwich was very well received by the fam. And you don’t skip on the Mexican street corn chowder – hearty, filling, and tasty.

I went to the restaurant with my family a few days ago. We were sitting at the table and my daughter noticed that her pants were catching on something under the table. We looked, and it had left a few tears in my daughters pants. There was a screw that was stripped out so bad that there was razor sharp metal sticking out from the screw head. We brought the attention to the manager, about how our daughter just purchased these $80 pants and she had agreed that it was a dangerous screw and was sorry that they caused damage to her pants and that she can’t afford to pay for new pants for her, but she offered us some pastries. They removed the table so that no one else could get hurt and she encouraged us to reach out to the general manager, and gave us her card with the info on it. We contacted the general manager and she is trying to tell me that she inspected the table and that there are no screws that can cause bodily harm and they fit the safety standards..I asked to meet in person to make sure we are talking about the same screw because I know that my daughters pants were damaged by the screw. She refuses to meet in person and is offering a $30 gift card to the restaurant to keep our business. I’m sorry, but $30 is a slap in the face for their table damaging my daughters expensive pants. I absolutely will not be returning unless they make this right. I have photos of the screw and the pants. And she is trying to say that all their tables are like this in all of their locations. Disregarding the fact that this screw was stripped through on this particular table. So I’m sure all the restaurants use the same tables and the same screws, but I’m hoping and assuming that they aren’t all stripped out like this one. Which is why, I’d like to meet in person to show her the photo and see the table to make sure we are talking about the same table/screw.

10/10 experience. Ordering is done on tablets right as you walk in, which can be hard to pull off and a lot of restaurants fail to do successfully. However, this Panera makes it work! My food was also ready super quick and was delish. Still waiting for the charged lemonades to come back though!

I got a Cobb salad and fruit. It was nothing special. For $16 I expected more as in taste and size. It was overall pretty disappointing I even got 3 different dressing to try with the salad and none of them were great. I wanted to love this place, even just like it but it didn’t really impress me enough to go back.

So happy they put a Panera so close to me and where I work! Also, the customer service is top tier. My to-go order was made wrong, and they quickly fixed it with a smile and even added a free cookie! Then they hand delivered it to me on the waiting bench haha. It was so nice! I wasn’t even upset so they really went above and beyond. I was very impressed, give em a raise!

I’m so happy Panera is back in Utah! We visited the newest location in Pleasant Grove and it was fantastic! The food was fresh & delicious and Lily gave us great service! We’ll be back for sure!!
