Food is pretty decent for a sandwich shop. The dining space is open and comfortable. The sunshine through the window is very welcoming. Service was pretty quick and the worker was very kind and understanding when I grabbed someone else’s order because mine looked different than the picture on the menu. The soda fountain needs some maintenance and improvement because Pepsi needed flavor syrup and Dr pepper got stuck running on and wasn’t very bubbly.

All workers very nice, except pink haired manager. Glared at me when i walked up like she wasn’t a worker there, let alone the manager, insanely rude. Maybe consider getting a new one

The food is good but the issue I have is how rude the manager is to people. Not to mention I shouldn’t be able to hear the staff gossiping and trash talking the other employees after she left to do a delivery. The wild thing is it was the manager leading the hateful conversation and it was entirely loud enough for customers to hear her! Sounds like she could use some more training hr. Just saying

Absolutely terrible, very slow. Food was gross. Rubbery old tasting bread, one small piece of bacon on my sandwich. My first and definitely my last experience at Panera. Not one person in my party left happy with the food.

The food was phenomenal and the staff was friendly. They were out of the fruit cup, which I get it happens although im upset the only options I was given as a substitute was the 2 options that were free with what I ordered and not an extra charge item, so I just paid 2.49$ extra for nothing with no remedy, higher ups should coach about how to handle that situation to make it right to the customer rather than having it be extra to the company and screwing the customer over. Awesome job from staff, but shitty job from management.

Food was great! Staff are rude and every time we pay $1.20 extra for the bacon on the Mac and cheese they never include it. Lady at the drive through yelled at me and had rude tone bc I couldn’t hear her mumbling.

Ordered a grilled cheese with cheddar cheese and paid $3 extra to add chicken. I got two pieces of bread with a couple slices of what seems to be Kraft singles and no chicken.

The place itself is nice with lots of natural light, and the food was good as expected. However, the cleanliness was a big issue. There were crumbs and spilled drink spots everywhere, on the tables and seats.. and it didn’t seem like anyone was in a hurry to clean it up. We sat near 5 dirty tables ( no dishes just dirty) , food under the tables and in the time we were there, workers walked past them at least 4 times to go outside without stopping to clean. Panera really needs to step up their cleaning game—it made what could have been a great experience a bit disappointing.
