If I could give 0 stars I would . I sent my wife in today to pick up a soup and sandwich to bring me for lunch. The lady at the counter was very rude to her because the wrong last name was on the order. When she finally found the food she basically threw the bag at my wife and said here it is and walked away. I got to eat the sandwich that was mediocre at best but Im not sure how the soup was because it was all over inside the bag from getting thrown on the counter. I’ve tried to call a manager 3 times today but nobody ever answers the phone. We definitely will not be spending our money here anymore

I had a gift card from a couple months ago left and used it I downloaded the Panera app and instantly got free delivery on my first order I ordered the mozzarella melt without pepperoni and it came exactly how I ordered it when I say it what the best sandwich I’ve ever had I mean it. My friend got a Chicken Cesar salad which they enjoyed I will order again highly recommend!!!

We have been getting bagels for the office for as long as this location has been open. Over the course of time since its opening, we have refined our order. We started by getting a wide assortment, but it became very evident that there were bagels which were never consumed. We now know exactly what to order to ensure that they are all eaten (no waste). Ordered Asian salad with chicken. It looked nice and very fresh. It so much dressing on it it was unbearable! Could not even begin to eat it. Ordered an americano to go. I heard someone holler in the back how to make it. The reply was espresso and hot water. Sounds good right? OMG when I tasted it was so horrible.
