All I can do is echo their advertisement that they have great food. It is fresh. It is made to order it is high-quality and it comes with great service.
Today I have to shout out their team member PATRICK as he is doing an excellent job with customer Service.
WE NEED MORE LIKE HIM!!!!
* I would be a mess if I did not mention for those who do not know this is more expensive option for casual dining. I got half-and-half, which was a sandwich and a salad and my bill was over $20…… I won’t complain because I came here for quality and that’s just what I got, so yes you have to pay for it.
I am not complaining, just within reason I can’t eat hair as often as I like.
But no complaints

11/11/25 service was not good, cashier asked the person in front for rewards number yet did asked for mine when i completed my transaction. He put my soufflé on top of my orange scone without putting any paper in between so when I got home the entire top of scone was on the bottom of the container holding soufflé.

$20 for a modified ham and cheese sandwich and fountain drink is outrageous. I was unaware my sandwich would come toasted and being greatly disappointed in the sandwich I spoke with the manager holly who offered to remake my meal which was greatly appreciated!
The ingredients are fresh, and the customer service was great.

Great place to go get a good salad that’s better than most fast food choices you can make. I got the Asian Chicken Salad and my wife got the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. They were both prepared great and were tasty and delicious. My only gripe is we had to ask for the apple chips since they forgot them.

My dad and I ordered today 5/29/25 2 $10 “bowls” of soup and 2 sandwiches. We will probably never eat here again. Both our “bowls” of soup were bottom of the barrel. My dad had nothing but broth and I had 2 noodles and bits of chicken. $35 for a meal and the bowls are broth. Sandwiches are ok, but absolutely disappointed.

This location upholds the Panera brand nicely. Good food, good coffee. Clean. Quiet enough to work or hang out for a bit. Plenty of little nooks and corners to feel semi-private. Nice outdoor seating for when it’s warm enough.

My daughter and I went to lunch and had a great experience! We were having trouble getting the $1 soup with entree special to come up online and at the kiosk. The manger, Karisha, took a few minutes and took care of this issue for each of us. She was helpful and friendly. She made ys feel like a highly valued customer even though we were not from this area. Thank you, Karisha! Instead of leaving mad and not returning, we will return to this location when we come back!!!

I ordered a delivery for chicken noodle soup and a chipotle chicken sandwich. My chicken noodle soup had 4 tiny noodles and one giant carrot, the rest was broth? Then I took a bite of my sandwich and a long stretchy thing came out.. I thought it was maybe cheese but it’s definitely not. I called and they offered to remake it I declined after taking a bite of the stretchy mystery thing I had lost my appetite. Then they offered a maybe refund basically saying I might or might not get a refund.

Friendly manager and staff – offered recommendations. The bread was fresh on my Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and it was loaded with chicken. My wife commented that her “half” Fuji Apple Chicken salad had almost as much ingredients as the whole salad, just less lettuce, with fresh crisp vegetables and a great apple vinaigarette dressing. The restaurant has huge windows throughout the dining area creating a pleasant, warm, atmosphere.

Don’t you love it when billion dollar corporations/chain restaurants ask for tips on the screen when you are paying? You have to self-order on a touchpad, pick up your own food and get your own drink, but this place has the gall to ask for a tip on this touchscreen when you are checking out. This place is no different from any other fast food restaurant, the workers getting an hourly wage, just like McDonald’s, but those places don’t ask for tips for their workers. Seriously, a billion business asking for tips for its workers? Especially when the customer himself has to do all the work, other than putting the sandwich together? To be fair, this is a franchise, but I’m pretty sure that has to be approved by the corporation.

The food itself is OK, nothing mind blowing, so I give it three stars. The service I gave one star because they’re literally is no service, since you do everything yourself. The atmosphere is like a standard fast food restaurant, except there’a always creepy guys sitting in the tables with laptops, working, as if they are unable to afford Internet at their homes?
