I ordered a two-combo meal for delivery, which included the Hearty Fireside Chili and the Half Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Unfortunately, both dishes were quite disappointing.

The Hearty Fireside Chili was a far cry from the picture they showed. The meat was puréed into the sauce, and there were very few beans and they were mushy. The flavor was off-putting, with an overpowering cumin and an acidic sauce.

The Half Ciabatta Cheesesteak was another letdown. It looked nothing like the picture, with only a meager amount of meat—less than 4 ounces. There were only a few onions and cheese was very scarce. I did not order the zesty sweet peppers

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my Panera experience this evening.

You completely messed up my order, the only correct item was the cup of soup, I ordered a spicy steak sandwich, what is this avocado chicken doing in my bag. And I live an hour away so getting this fixed is not an option.

Check your items because they obviously are not making sure items are correct.

After an exhausting morning, I told the wife we should go grab Panera Bread for brunch. She then took us there and we contemplated on what we should order.

Having gift cards to Panera also makes it a better experience as well! We spent $36 in total after getting Chicken Noodle Soup (Bread Bowl), Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel, French Baguette (to go) & 2 cookies (Candy & Chocolate Chipper).

My wife enjoyed the chocolate chipper cookie. It was a good size cookie that made me realize that I would not be able to finish my candy cookie with my meal.

She preferred the cookie to her bagel though as she’s not a fan of eggs folded on top of one another.

My sourdough bread bowl hit on all notes. Delivering a unique experience in both the presentation and taste categories, it was the showstopper for sure. This isn’t the first time I’m having this, but it’s always consistently good.

The customer service was great. The cashier was patient with us and checked multiple times to see if stuff was available.

The cleanliness was on point as well.

This review is made because of how consistent this Panera Bread is. I’ve been going here for years and they always do things right.

I had to eat at Panera for a work lunch unfortunately. I never willingly eat here. It’s filthy and ridiculously expensive. I had a $17 Green Goddess Salad. $17!!! The half salad was $14 even though it’s listed as $9 on their menu the employee refused to honor that price. Anyways if I can deter even one person from eating here I’ve done my job. There are cleaner and much better options nearby. Thank you for your attention to this matter! MM

Food quality and service was great so that’s not why this is a two star review. The review is two stars because I visited here when it wasn’t busy and nearly ALL, but three the tables were dirty. There were crumbs and or liquid on nearly every empty table in the restaurant. Also the floors had crumbs and pieces of food near the tables. It would be one thing if they were busy, but they weren’t busy at all. There weren’t any lines up front. Why not clean this place when there arent any customers in line?

I’ve visited this Panera a few times and it’s always busy at lunch. You need to order online before you arrive to avoid sitting and waiting too long. The atmosphere is bustling and isn’t all that welcoming. The food is good – as you’d expect at Panera. Last time I went I had to wait an extra 5 mins for my food (longer than the app said it would take). Not a big deal, but this place doesn’t really meet my expectations.

I used to love Panera but I probably will never go back. I don’t live near one but I stopped in the other day and got a cinnamon crunch bagel and Green Goddess salad. The bagel was horrible. They’ve completely changed the recipe and there was hardly any cinnamon crunch on it. It wasn’t a bagel, it was just a lump of bread, and it tasted terrible. My green goddess salad was tiny tiny tiny and the dressing had no flavor. I asked for extra onions and greens, and didn’t receive either. The dressings are now half the size they used to be. The salad was awful. I will never go back

Ordered a hot sandwich and it was ice cold. I was told they can’t reheat it. My wife’s hot sandwich was also cold. She was too hungry to send it back. The chicken and wild rice soup was microwaved so hot. This place just basically reheats frozen food. It’s a joke. Overpaying for subpar food isn’t a niche that attracts business. Your proximity to Costco is the only reason you have limited business. It was a busy Saturday afternoon outside and only a handful of customers inside. Staff are polite but the food is AWFUL.

I sat inside for lunch today. Its amazing what u see when u just sit and watch how things happen. I ordered on the kiosk. So I didnt have interaction with the girl at the register. I sat within visual and earshot of the register. The girl was rude to all the customers. Didn’t seem to love her job. Then I witnessed 2 different things that admittedly didnt effect me or my food but made me sad that customer service is non existent. One lady went up with an empty container from the coffee bar and asked if she could get a refill on a sugar or something. The girl grabbed the container, very aggressively threw it in the trash. Went and opened some bag, and angrily put it out on the coffee bar. Without any container. Just a bag. Then she went back to the register without saying anything to the customer and looked at her. The customer then said “thank u?” Yes she said it with a question mark cuz we really shouldn’t be thanking people for that behavior. The lady right behind that customer said something was missing in a to go order she took home. This cashier again huffed said “let me ask my manager.” When she came back, without the manager mind u, she said all we can do is give u a pastry. The lady asked “can I just get what was missing” this cashier said “my manager said no bread!! Just a pastry!!” Yes aggressively. A few things wrong with that. Where exactly was this “manager” if his job isnt to help customers. What exactly are you guys paying them for? First off. Then the rude behavior on top it. What the heck Panera Bread? Thats how u treat people. Im never coming back to this location. These things didnt effect me this time but one day im sure it would.

Panera’s quality has plummeted over the last several years, but this is a new low. You can actually count the number of grains of everything seasoning. Skip this place and get a better avocado toast from literally anywhere else. Even Dunkin Donuts does it better.
