Although i got my food to go, while waiting there was not a bunch if people but it was mildly loud. Foods good only thing that really hits negative is the price per portion. I got a bagel, a turkey sandwich abd a bowl of soup $32 the turkey sandwich is liie eating a house sandwich made at home its not big at all and either was the expensive bowl of soup. Pretty sure it would not even satisfy my 6 year old

Panera Breads is overall just average….I hadn’t been to one in a decade or longer and I now remember why…
To start, they had 1 cashier with about 10 people in line….it took almost 10 minutes for a manager to come over and open another register and he only did this as an employee with food presumably on her break went to the one cashier to have her food rung up….cutting is never cool.
It only took about 5-8 min to receive our 2 different “pick 2” meals….not bad….the food is average….my biggest complaints….my chicken masala soup was warm, but not hot…my sandwich, chicken bacon avocado melt was primarily bread….the foccacia was so thick and big…plus then you get a huge piece of baguette….basically my 16$ plate was 3/4ths bread.
That brings me to my last statement….average place, average, food, above average price…
2 “pick 2”, so 2 half sandwiches, 1 half soup, 1 half salad…$35 dollars.
I probably will not be returning anytime soon….if ever

Everything is so expensive right now. Panera is a guilty pleasure because of that. Service seems likes it takes awhile considering the rumors that all they do is reheat stuff anymore.

I ordered a Frozen Hot Chocolate It was horrible. One, nothing frozen about it. Was like a cold chocolate milk, only cold chocolate milk is better tasting and thicker. This drink did not even taste like chocolate.

I went here for my break from work and they took 25 minutes just to get my food out throught the drive through. By the time I got my sandwhich I had no time to eat it before I went back to work, it was cold and it wasn’t even enough food to make me full and paid 22 dollars I forgot how bad panera was

First time here and wife’s second time. Very pleasant atmosphere inside!!! Had some teeth pulled so this was the place to go. Food was amazing and ready for us in a few minutes. Would definitely go back!!

Made an order for pick up to have food for dinner at work. Asked for extra dressing for my salad sat down to eat only to find out I have no dressing at all. Called the store and the only response I got was I will talk to someone. Ok great but I’m stuck at work now with a dry salad and no sorry that happened how can we fix this? Just a we’ll talk to someone about this. Poor customer service. Thanks for helping me not spend money at your store. McDonald’s has better customer service than this

Went to the drive thru and ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl and a mango smoothie. At the window they handed the bag of food and said “have a good day” had to remind them of my smoothie. After leaving and opening the bag I didn’t get a bread bowl (it was not rung up as a bread bowl on the order). THEN, while eating my soup from the container I bit into some plastic bag. Worst experience ever. No order accuracy, had to remind them of my smoothie and then still didn’t get the correct order, plus got a bite full of nasty plastic
