The food was great and staff provide good customer service. I have no complaints with this location. My only complaint would be the cost. For my 13 year old daughter and myself to eat, it was just shy of $40 and we didn’t get anything extravagant.

Completely over charged. We ordered one full sandwich and one half sandwich, no drinks. Lady said they were out of chips and baguettes and asked if I wanted fruit or an apple. We got one order with the fruit cup and one with the apple. This is seriously the smallest apple I’ve seen with my one eyes. Which is fine… but they charged us extra for both the cup and apple even though that was our only option. Total bill was $29 for one full sandwich, one half sandwich, one small fruit cup and one tiny apple. Not thrilled. Just for kicks, you may as well know that I was one of 3 customers in the restaurant, and it took 20 min to get the order.

Made an order for pick up to have food for dinner at work. Asked for extra dressing for my salad sat down to eat only to find out I have no dressing at all. Called the store and the only response I got was I will talk to someone. Ok great but I’m stuck at work now with a dry salad and no sorry that happened how can we fix this? The staff has been under trained and unwilling to correct problems of overcharging properly. The amount of portion is getting ridiculous. I’m going to cancel my monthly fee for coffee. It has risen almost to half again. You used to be a good place to eat.

The best thing I can say about it is the bread was decent. This particular location is so dirty and gross. There was not one clean table and the entire place has incredibly sticky floors. The booths were really disgusting, even with being wiped down. I had a coarse white hair in my soup bowl (I have very different hair), and the bread bowl my daughter got had probably 5 spoonfuls of soup in it – for $10! My son’s grilled cheese looked like. 5 year old made it and came to us cold, and my other kid’s $11 Mac and cheese bowl should’ve been more like $6 for the quantity. Panera has gone way down in quality but way up in price and after my visit with my kids today, that ran us $57 for 4 of us, I can assuredly say I will never visit a Panera again.

I was having a bad day at work and was sick, dealing with some bad cold symptoms and for once, just wanted some soup. I took the day off and decided to eat inside for the first time ever and got me some broccoli cheddar soup. Which is one of my favorite things on the menu here. But immediately I was greeted by a worker who for whatever reason was talking in this 19th century accent like she was from medieval times. Her energy and jokes were much needed and appreciated. Then I got my soup before I could even finish pouring my water and found out y’all actually use bowls and real silverware. I’ve never really cared either way but I just thought it was homey to be served the way I was and wanted to give y’all a shout out for the awesome experience.
