Staff is always friendly, service time is hit or miss. Usually pretty quick but can take over 20min even when ordering on the app. I love the menu options and being able to get something light for lunch. Their grilled cheese and tomato soup is one of my go to’s for lunch. On more than one occasion the cheese hasn’t been warmed up enough, I order ahead and pick it up on my lunch break so getting it remade would be a waste of my lunch break and a waste of food.

This was my first time at Panera Bread. Someone gave us a “sorry your brother died” gift card, so that’s how this experience started.
I ordered the Chicken BBQ sandwich (see photo). What I received honestly pissed me off.
When I took a bite and opened the bread—not the sandwich, the bread—I found three tiny pieces of chicken and a drizzle of BBQ sauce. That was it. That was the entire “sandwich.” No exaggeration.
And here’s what actually infuriates me: the audacity. The sheer nerve it takes for management to think this is acceptable, that customers won’t notice, or that we’ll just shrug and eat it. Life is already hard enough in Trump’s Golden Age of America, food is already too expensive as it is, and then companies like this decide to nickel-and-dime people while pretending it’s normal.
They charge $12 for this. I was so annoyed that I weighed the chicken.
1.5 ounces.
That’s 42 grams of chicken.
That’s not a meal. That’s not a sandwich. That’s a joke—and an insulting one.
This isn’t inflation. This is deliberate corner-cutting paired with corporate gaslighting, betting that people won’t call it out.
Pathetic.
PS – the chicken you see was from both sides of the sandwich, I combined the meat onto one half so it tasted like a chicken sandwich. If I am being honest, I ended up boiling water and making pasta.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see this once thriving location close. Very disappointing food. I went in craving broccoli soup, which was just ok but, luke warm. My daughter ordered the French onion- that was horrible. I try to avoid chains and was a good reminder why. Two bowls with bread, $23 and pb&js would have been better!!!

Very cute place, lots of seating. Weird service though… employees didn’t know how to take an order properly and instead of greeting or making us feel comfortable, they just stared and waited to be confronted. I’d rather not have that kind of service but it wasn’t rude just weird. And panera must have changed a ton since I’ve been here last because I remember the bread being better and the food being bigger. Not much for 13 dollars a meal and no drink

I should have looked at reviews prior to coming to this “restaurant”.
✓ Squash soup disgusting. Tastes sweet & like perfume. Avoid!
✓ Chicken Noodle soup was basically all broth & tasted terrible.
✓ Half a BLT sandwich was mediocre.
✓ It was 49° outside & they had the AC on! Cold inside, cold air blowing on us!
✓ WAYYYY overpriced. $31 for 2 half sandwiches & 2 cups (not bowls) of soup & 1 fountain drink ($3.59!!!).
✓ Manager asked if we were okay but didn’t stick around for an answer. PATHETIC!

Typical Pantera. Nice comfortable tables and chairs. Food wasn’t as good as in the past and was more expensive as expected. My grandson loved the Mac and cheese. Our soup and sandwiches were ok.

I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the grilled cheese must have been sitting around a good while as it was hard and inedible. Panera is not exactly economical so one should expect good quality food.

Absolutely horrible. Waiting for 20 min the drive through to order a chicken noodle soup and a chipotle chicken avacado melt. Got home to see my soup was all broth, has 2 pieces of noodles and 1 piece of chicken in it. Then i get to my sandwhich to almost break my tooth by biting into the top seed of the avacado. Not once but TWICE! there were literally two seeds in my sandwhich and best part of all, i almost ate someones hair from the kitchen. About to throw up, when i call to speak to someone there, no one answers. Tried numerous times, people will just answer and hang up. I will never be back.

I truly enjoy Panera, Today they fell short. I arrived at this location and went into the restroom and found it filthy. I decided to sit and eat. I watched several team members walk into the restroom (3) and paid no regard to the mess it was. I believe one to even be a manager in a Polo. How sad to see this take place. I received my order with a soup through the drive thru that had the lid on wrong/broken and it leaked and spilt all over my lap and car. I spoke to the manager as soon as it happened and I just wanted a refund since I couldn’t eat it. They told me the legal team would contact me, they never did. I called back 2 more times and nothing ever came of it. It truly showed me this business does not care. I couldn’t even eat my food, had to get my car cleaned, and had to deal with the pain and discomfort from the burn.
