I ordered my food at 8:15 pm you were not closed. Your employees put rotten leaves and peppercinis in my Greek salad and drenched my sandwich w horseradish. Your young staff was tipped by me and I got served trash for food, I spent over $50 for young ppl to be annoyed I bought food on a Thursday night at 08:15, that’ll be the last time.. 0 stars

Very disappointing, again. We have not gotten take out for some time here because it seemed like quality was going down. We decided to take another shot with some simple items, Spicy Take chicken sandwiches and soup. This is the sandwich you get for $12.79 (the chips are free lol). You get a better spicy chicken at Chick-fil-A for $5.49! How was the cheese broccoli soup? No idea, they gave us chicken noodle instead. I tipped $5.00 when I ordered and that brought this up to a $50 meal. Not worth it.

So I never would’ve thought to make a review about Panera. I’ve been eating here for years and majority of the time I’ve had no sort of issues. Food has been great. I went yesterday with my mom and I had the Mediterranean sandwich, citrus Asian salad and a smoothie and afterwards I did not feel good. I’ve gotten this combo for about a year and have had no issues. I’ve worked in a kitchen for years so I understand the importance of food quality, checking dates, etc. I have no reason to why I ended up feeling sick after I had it but I was really surprised since I have never had an issue until I went yesterday.

The portions just keep getting smaller and smaller while the prices go higher and higher. Food was good but VERY little chicken on on chicken sandwich and very little on the steak sandwich. Just not worth the $42.00 we paid. People were nice.

Panerai used to be such a reasonable place to have a nice lunch. Over the past 2 years, a meal for 2 has gone from $23 to $28 to $42 for the same exact meal (pick 2) and for what? To get our own food, to buss our own table and to search for a clean spot to eat? On top of that, they expect a tip. So disappointing to say the least. I have eaten my last meal at Panera.

The new Green Goddess Caprese Melt – Toasted Baguetteis really really good! I haven’t been to Panera in a while but the toasted baguettes got my attention and I’m glad I stopped in and tried one, it was tasty!! This is a great new menu addition, and it’s was really good with chicken added to the sandwich. Fresh crispy bakery items too, nice location and friendly staff.
